The worse experience at a Home Depot I have ever had. There was nobody and I mean no one there to assist me. I was there for over an hour looking for blinds. Well the "blind guy" was on lunch so tough luck there. Apparently cross train at this home depot doesnt exist......this is business 101 IMHO. AND then the "self check out" had more people working then there was people in the whole store......and the kicker. They also had a display of water at the exit, really really bad idea. This display was freaking HUGE and was so cumbersome that people couldnt fit thru the checkout with their purchases.....what kind of idiot does that???? Its like a 2nd grader is running the store. I left without buying anything.

. Here I am trying to buy bags of seed and fertilizer and they lock the doors to the garden center at 6pm. Mind you, they are open to 9pm but now Im here trying to navigate the stupid cart through the store without killing myself or anyone else. This is SOP for this location. They have told me that its too cold (really, get serious we live in CA), the help didnt show up, (I saw groups of them talking inside), or that the rain is making them lock up at all the stores (again I say CA) and when I tell them I was just at the Katella store the give me the deer in the headlight look. This manager has a real problem - or perhaps he is the problem

Was looking for a shutoff valve for the supply line to washing machine. Asked a employee where they keep them. He started looking here and there for about 5 minutes and couldnt find it. He said let me look on the other isle. He was gone for another 5 minutes. I walked over to the other isle and hes helping another customer with faucets. He looks up and sees me and said "I guess we dont carry them" and goes back to helping other customer. If you need help in plumbing department DONT GO TO HOME DEPOT

Purchased Rust-Oleum Universal Metallic paint & primer in one, titanium silver color. Out of five cans all spit and sputtered leaving discolored dots of what looks like primer dimples. The weather was warm and sunny. I shook each can for several minutes. It fails to cover evenly. Drying time is excessive for days. In the future, I will use the conventional primer then paint.

Dont bother trying to get anyone on the phone. Called to try and see if they still have sod available... been on hold 30 minutes! Tried calling different departments and customer service... No one picked up!! So frustrating. Other Home Depot stores picked up right away.

Quite helpful staff positioned correctly throughout the store. Just dont expect eye contact from the female staff upfront. P.s. I dont set a review until Ive been there at least more than ten times so thats why I specified the "female" comment.

The staff here was very helpful when I arrived to pick up my online order. I almost couldnt fit it into my car and had to drive home with the hatch open and some miter saw stands sticking out of the back.

Bad location store is old. Need to be closed and turned into Lowes. The HD on Tustin ave is much better. Never understood why two HD store are so close together. Must be less then a Mir apart.
