I have been here many times. The staff are truly nice and helpful. Your projects will get done, and they will get done in a way that is better than other home depots because the staff listen to your problem so well and have ...Sage ... advice. The only downside is customer service always has a huge line filled with people.

Don,t bother the customer service guy Home Depot Today. Hes busy and hes having a very bad day! So I left my basket with $100 worth of products to purchase at service desk and let them know why. Im driving 6 extra miles to Lowes instead. If their customer service is bad, they can keep their products too.

My 85yr old mom goes in to get a replacement toilet handle, clerk gives her one for front mount on the toilet tank. She tells him she has a side mount, he tells her it makes no difference. I come over to install it, have go back to return the wrong part and get the right part.

You can find almost anything you may need for your DYI project, I did. Like all of their stores it is large and can be hard to find things. If you are short on time go to Customer Service and they will be a lot of help in sending you to the right numbered aisle.

I dont know what that lady is talking about, i shop here often and always get good customer service, the store is small and it doesnt have a big staff. Genleman in a large hat really helped my mother who needs a walker, with some heavy things.

Never fully staffed. Old people walking in with their dogs constantly. Letting them poop on the floor leaving it for the associates clean up. Its not the store getting 3 stars its the nasty people who frequent the store

This location has the best sales staff and is better organized than other Home Depot locations in Orange County. More experienced staffing and better inventory control.
