Great local bike shop (LBS). My buddy checked out a Giant Suede on my recommendation, and we made a great deal. Went back a few weeks later and bought my wife the same bike, same deal. Service is great. Theyve thrown a few free parts my way for my high-end mountain bike. When I am ready to buy again, Ill probably buy a Pivot at this shop. My buddy ran over his bike the other day, and they fixed it for free, under the lifetime adjustments policy. Cannot beat that!

Great, friendly service. Went in to purchase a bike and after getting a good idea of what they had I was encouraged by the manager (Steve) to take a look at a few other stores to compare. Not only were they the cheapest (including internet prices!), they also offer lifetime tune-ups for free as long as you bring in the bike regularly. They also took off 10% for the second bike I bought and discounted the accessories/add ons. Highly recommend!

This is my go to LBS! The guys here really know their stuff; bikes, equipment, the trails, they know it. They always bring a smile and are out for your best interest, not to sell you. These guys sell the best bang for your buck stuff. Theyll treat you right, and youll feel much better about your money going to a local business for your totally rad bike rather than those less impressive ones at big box stores.

Great store and friendly to the noobies. I looked at all the other bike shops in my area and bicycle depot had the best prices for what i was looking for in my price range. Chris helped me out and really made me feel at home in the shop. I would definitely suggest this place to someone who is looking to purchase a good bike.

everyone is super nice and very fun to deal with, me and my friend each bought one mountain bike from them, we have not had much chance to go on trails, but ive gone once, and the bike felt stable, and they helped me find my next one. They just are a nice, small community bike shop, and would recommend them to any rider!

Ive been going here alot lately to get my bike just the way I want it. they are knowledgeable and friendly and the dog is fun to pet as well. ive been to just about every bike ahop in Phoenix and I must say this is one of the best. I will be coming back again and again

Pretty standard bike shop. Nothing fancy. The people are friendly, but not incredibly knowledgeable. Fine if you just want to buy a simple bike, but I wouldnt trust them with anything expensive or complicated.

Typical LBS. No inventory. Expertise is below average at best. Bike brands are Chinese wal-mart stuff. Sales staff rude and unhelpful. Drive a few miles to another shop.
