The best bike shop I have ever been to - nice selection, parts department and repair. My recent visit was yesterday (May 13, 2016) and I did not make a purchase. I went in to inquire about a bike rake I purchased in Michigan that I could not get on my trucks hitch. Steve spent 15 minutes with me outside (101 degrees) and fixed my problem - NO CHARGE! He then showed me how to hang my bike properly and a number of other tips. You cannot go wrong coming the bicycle Vibe. It is worth the drive, even if you have a big commercial bike shop close by. Google the address - it is sort of tucked away in the back - but worth finding. You will get top notch professional advice and assistance, with a personal touch. Add me to the list of happy service customers.... I have 2 "older" mountain bikes. Both were a little tired. I kicked around the idea of buying new ones. Instead I took them in for a tune up and could not have been happier with the results. They did contact me regarding additional work that needed to be done on one of the bikes, while it was still in the shop. They gave me the scenario and estimated costs before performing the work. The bikes were ready on time. Upon pickup and subsequent test rides, I could not have been more satisfied. One of the smartest things Ive done this summer.

Awesome shop. Will is great- very knowledgable and out of his way helpful. Answers questions on a phone call even when hes not getting anything out of it at all just to help ya get started. Answered questions about maintenance and parts honestly- said it was unnecessary to bring in until it broke when I was already planning to kind of thing, explaining Id just have to pay now and then...lol. Support this shop! Very good people- extremely knowledgable and reasonably priced. Great experience!

I experienced horrible customer service!!! The heavy set male just seems to hate life and definitely shows it by being very ignorant to their customers. I would rather drive 3 hours out of my way than ever go back to this facility. All the other employees seem to be very nice, its a shame that on every visit to this shop I got stuck with the most unpleasant individual. On a side note, All employees seem to be very knowledgeable.

Great place to take your bike if it needs a tune up. I was recommended by a friend to go bike vibe and ask for Will. They did a great job on the tuneup and charged me an extremely reasonable price. I will definitely be taking my bike back there in the future for anything I need even though I dont even really live close to them. I feel like theyre honest and trustworthy which makes them worth teh drive to me.

My fiancee told me about this place after she went to a women’s workshop that they had for free. She liked this place because she learned a lot from the great staff...and they have coffee! I went in with a front derailleur problem and they quickly diagnosed what parts I needed and ordered them. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend go here for all your bicycling needs...and a cup of joe!

Friendly staff, knowledgeable and down to earth. Had my bike tuned-up for first time in you-dont-want-to-know-how-long and it came back looking like new--they even fixed my odometer without my asking. Theyre frank about the pros and cons of equipment. Im new to the store, but like what I have experienced so far, and like supporting a locally owned store.

This is hands down the BEST bike shop Ive been to in Phoenix. Everyone there is very polite, laid back, and super helpful. Definitely a mom & pop feel. After having my old jalopy bike repaired repeatedly, they earned my trust and respect. I just bought a new bike from them this past weekend and all I can say is WOW...this bike is plush and fast!!!
