Man, I limped in on a hope and a prayer. Literally! My car broken down, my dreams and heart even more. I wheeled in with my new mode of transportation; a bicycle with two flat tires, boy my life sucks I thought. Less than four miles to work, it was going to take a mear ninety minutes, via Phx Metro. I need sleep!! As my heart, so was my wallet. Eric hooked me up! Thanks to him, Ive still have a job. Takes me less than 20 minutes on a leasurely ride to High Street. My butts a little sore but its a great cardio to start my day. Im getting my car fixed this weekend. I plan to keep riding. Thanks Eric and helper!

This store is amazing! We bought a beach cruiser from them and they were super helpful from start to finish. They made sure everything was adjusted to be good fit for us, and then they helped us get the bike rack we purchased onto our car. They seriously went above and beyond and made sure we were 100% confident with the bike and the rack before we left. Highly recommend them for anything bike related- great service and awesome products! Love my new bike!

Good store in north phoenix that is run by people who actually want to help you. This is rare up in north phx where bike shops are very quick to turn away business if you arent buying their products and just need maintaince or a kind hand in showing how to do somethings yourself on the trail. These guys and "try me " bikes on Hatcher are my go to bikes shops in north phx.

This shop is excellent. Highly recommended. These guys helped me with taking a stuck cup off the bottom bracket on a bike I was converting to electric. They did the work on the spot and even fixed a different issue I did not notice. Thanks...

Went in there looking for a 700x35 inner tube. Was talked into buying a smaller tube that didnt work at all. How can you mess up an inner tube sale?
