Im not familiar with the area and didnt know of any bike shops. I called this one looking for parts, bearings and grease specifically. They said they really dont carry parts and they really only sell complete bikes. I asked if he knows of any shops in the area that might carry what Im looking for. Rather than saying, No, sorry I dont., he just hangs up on me. That will be my first and last experience with them.

Unlike most bike shops theres no service department or repair parts. I stopped by to pick up a tube patch kit but after a quick glance inside I saw only fat tire bikes and shelves of bike cartons. The employee on duty offered use of the air hose to refill a tire so points for offering that. If youre in the market specifically for a fat-tired bike it looks to be a good place to find one.
