This was some of the best service Ive had in a bike shop. I came in with a large group biking across the country with multiple mechanical issues. They were able to help each of us quickly. The bike service and customer service were both excellent. I highly recommend this bike shop over others in the area (checked them first). Even though they dont specialize in road bikes, the mechanics definitely know their stuff.

Employees were playing music so loud they could not hear me speaking. Only 1 register, and the person manning it was more interested in talking about bike trails with customers than ringing them up and getting them out the door, 10 min to buy two bike tires. I almost dropped what I was buying to go to the next bike store. If you want a real bike shop go to performance bicycle.

I came in a few weeks back with a flat on my twenty inch and the employee working was extremely helpful. I asked to borrow tools to change my tire and he told me to bring the bike inside and he changed my tire and also checked the rim for possible problems. Fantastic bike shop in Scottsdale. Marcus is very knowledgeable and the rest of the staff is top notch. Purchased a mountain bike about a month ago and they tuned it perfectly for my son who is almost 6 ft. I would highly recommend this bike shop to anyone who wants a quality customer service experience!

Went by to get a cheap hex tool. Checked out their prices on gear like locks and water bottles and shoes. The prices were all significantly lower to slightly lower than the big box stores. They were also very friendly - good vibe in there. Ill be going back for tubes and other accessories.

My wife and I bought two beach cruisers last month from Bicycles of Scottsdale and had a great experience. The owner, Boomer is very knowledgable and helpful, but never pushy. If your looking for a full service bike shop with a hometown feel and a personal touch look no further.

They sell bikes that range in the thousands. I went in to get a part for a bike that came from wallmart. My total came out a little above 2 dollars, and they treated me like a thousand dollar customer. A+++++ service...
