This place sucks. I brought my two kids there and was ready to purchase two Specialized bikes. I wanted a pink one for my daughter and a blue one for my son. The sales guy said they didnt have a pink one. I asked could he call around to see if he can get one. He more or less said no. I told him I was ready to purchase two bikes today, right now, and if he was not willing to assist me, I would buy these bikes somewhere else. He basically told me he didnt care. So, I left the store, went to Bingham Cyclery in Salt Lake City, was well greeted and purchased two bicycles. About a year later, I wanted my bicycle, an old Gary Fischer, to be tuned up. Although I didnt want to go to Bountiful Bicycle, they are very convenient to my home. I thought I would give them another try. They took weeks to get the bike tuned. However, the extra long time would not itself had bothered me, but when I got the bike home, I jumped on for a ride. The shifter was broken, the pedals spun free, shifting half way and pedaling backwards then forward would cause the shifter to sometimes engage, shifting again would cause the the pedals to spin freely again. It was obvious these ding dongs never even tested the bike before letting me take it home, but sure didnt forget to charge me for the service. Today I am buying two new bikes for my kids, they have really grown. I can promise you that I will NOT visit Bountiful Bicycle. Bingham Cyclery, here I come. These guys are completely full of themselves and dont care about their clients. How does a place like this stay in business?

They carry good brands , but their service is beyond terrible. We ordered a bicycle in for my son to take on his mission, and were told that it would take a couple of days to get it in and set up,and that we should have the bicycle by Thursday the same week. That sounded reasonable, we ended up getting the bicycle two and a half weeks later. Strike one! They also told us that they could do the shipping of the bike they would pack it up and ship it and it would arrive in plenty of time. We delivered the bicycle on Monday and they said it would be packed and out the door on Tuesday. When we called on Friday to get the tracking number, which you would think they would have, we were told we dont have it here but it was shipped yesterday. Yesterday would have been Thursday. Saturday we finally got the tracking number, and it showed that the bike was actually shipped on Saturday, meaning that the bike will never arrive on time. Strike Two! If I were looking to purchase the brands that they sell, I would look else ware. They lack a sense of responsibility, and they do not follow through and they will tell you what they think you want to hear, and they lie when they get stuck in a jam of their own creating.

Ive always been impressed with Brady and his team at Bountiful Bicycle Center. Although I live in Orem, I find it worthwhile to make the drive to Bountiful for my new bike purchases and service. Over the years I have bought several Specialized road, cross-over and mountain bikes for family members from Brady and he has always spent the time necessary to help us find us the right bike at the right price. And if he doesnt have it in stock, hell have it in a day or so. His mechanics and sales staff are top-notch and friendly too. If I have an emergency repair, they are always happy to fit me into the schedule on short notice. Im always happy to refer my friends and relatives to Bountiful Bicycle Center, and they have all had the same experience as I have.

A great shop! I had a starter road bike and had a couple pains after riding. I went in to get a bike fitting to see if I had some not set up right. I found out the really needed a large frame bike. The staff did what they could to make my bike work better for me. Over a couple week process I decided to purchase a new bike. I never felt pressured or looked down for taking my time in making my purchase choice. Good selection, great staff and excellent expertise.

I went to BB with my wife based on the recommendation of trusted friends because she needed a bike fitting and a new saddle. Taylor was great and spent a lot of time with us. He was very patient with "now let me try that one. Let me try that one again. Ok, now that one again." Never once felt rushed. Made some adjustments that were helpful and some recommendations but never any pressure to buy anything. I would recommend him/them to anyone!

I brought my bike in for repairs. I initially was excited about the whole ordeal thinking they had done a great job for a reasonable price. After actually riding the bike, I realized that what I wanted done wasnt fixed and they didnt bother explaining it to me. They were overall very friendly, but could be a little more proactive about helping customers and straight talk and doing what I really wanted done as far as repairs go!

This is a great place to buy a bike or get service done. I bought a bike at a great price and didnt have to pay much after trading in some bikes. Later I ended up having a warranty issue where I was a little iffy, but Kevin went to bat for me and got me completely taken care of. I even had some miscommunication on my part and had that taken care of quickly and very professionally.

Their Shop is top notch and if anything isnt just perfect, they rectify right away. Big thanks to Brady for always having such a great staff and operation. Love this place, both of their locations. I buy most of my bicycle purchases here. Their service is great. The only reason for the four stars, is that I have never received a call when work is done or parts came in, Ive always had to call. That is a small irritation, but something that would really round out my experience there and rating.

I called ahead about a specific size shirt to make sure they had it and after driving up from Holladay, it was disappointing to find nobody could find the shirt. Brady got the shirt in and mailed it to me. It was just a shirt and could have easily been pushed aside but he went the extra mile to make me happy. Thank you! 5 star service
