This Kroger is just okay. I was waiting in the floral department for over 10 minutes just to get a balloon inflated. I had to stop two different employees to help me to find out that the lady in floral was in the back the whole time. I then could not ring up my purchase there but went to the deli department in which the card processor for chips did not work and I had to pay with the cash I luckily had on me. Also, the organic produce section is very limited compared to other Krogers. The produce; however, always seems fresh. I do find that the employees are all very friendly but dont always seem very competent at their jobs.

I go to this Kroger everyday to buy my groceries and i usually dont have any problems with the workers. On 9/08/16 was different, i went to buy some groceries around 9:40pm and i was paying. While i was paying i asked the cashier a simple question on what was the price on an item. Instead of telling me the price or giving me a reasonable/respectful answer she raised her voice telling she doesnt know the price. I dont know what her problem was but she didnt need to raise her voice at me. I probably wont be going to this Kroger again, i have another one near Cedar Springs with respecful employees Cashier name:Dorothy

We visited this Kroger a couple of times during our stay in Dallas, as it was just about a mile from our hotel. We bought fruit, carrots, soda, water, wine...and one night we bought one of the colossal chickens, garlic herb, for our dinner. It may be the best rotisserie chicken we have ever had, moist, and the flavors infused into the chicken. Of course, I thought I would kill myself waiting to get carrots and green beans at the fried chicken place. The staff moved slowly and inefficiently at the chicken place to say the least. Plenty of checkers to get people out....Overall a good grocery store experience.

The store is filthy Im sure it going in there every time I shop always out of something go in there with a list of 10 things to buy and come out with 1 security guard is always hanging out in his car texting looking at Facebook whatever smoking there is probably 3 cashiers there that are wonderful the rest of them are very unprofessional I would have to say I complain to the manager but it was like it was going in one ear and out the other she probably flipped me off as I was walking out the door thank you very much thats all out

Some of the staff are just plain rude and incredulous to customers. More times than not, if its around 3:30-7:00 youll need to grab a cart from the parking lot because there wont be any when you go through the first doors. Check the date of everything before you put it into your basket, I had to learn that the hard way. Also a 50/50 chance that whatever it is youre looking for will be cleared off the shelf and out of stock. Fresh Fare variant compares poorly to a Signature store.

Really like this Kroger. Used to go to the one on Cedar Springs, but when this one opened we were immediately hooked, even though it is about a mile farther away. The store is clean and feels very spacious. Prices seem fine to me, but Im not a comparison shopper between stores. Overall, the staff is friendly. Occasionally, your get a checker that is a little dower, but generally the checkout experience is very pleasant.

No longer carry jars of applesauce, does not have sweet cream unsalted butter just unsalted, no longer carries Kroger brand pepper jack cheese, out of large eggs, does not carry Idaho potates, poor selection of frozen burgers in small quantity packages. Try Kroger on Mac Arthur Road in Irving. Also, Walmarr has much better selections of these products. This store is for a lower income buyer.

Typical Kroger selection, with vegetables and meat selections slightly above par for freshness. The no-cost seasoning service for the fish is invaluable. There is rarely anyone at the bakery to help cut the baked bread. The lines are typically shorter than other Krogers. The carts are generally well stocked and kept in good condition. I rarely ever see expired merchandise.

Try not to go here - 1 star for the store being clean. 1 star for good product selection. -3 stars for employees seemed like they were DEAD inside like a zombie apocalypse happened. Also the day I was there a few people were fighting over a parking space. Really? - OMG. Kinda Ghetto location. I wont be going back to this location.

Ive had a great customer service every time I shop there, but the day before yesterday I had the worst experience, I was in a hurry and there were no cashiers only the self check out. I left everything behind because I am not doing their job. The prices I pay for my groceries are fair enough to pay for a cashier.

ALWAYS out of something. They are the worst with keeping things in stock. But their "Simple Truth" is really good (well the almond milk), when they have it in stock. Staff is pretty friendly, helpful, and cool. They just need to get someone new to order their products. (Yes Im pretty irked by this)

I enjoy coming to this location especially Sunday mornings. The employees are friendly and helpful, the store is clean and most of the time the items I need are stocked. I do dislike the small parking lot they have but thats why I go in the mornings. I like that they have self check out too.

Easily the best grocery store in the area. The idles are wide like suburban superstores. Check out lanes are much better managed than other best by grocery stores. I recommend this Kroger highly over the "Cedar Springs Kroger" for its selection, bigger isles and customer service.

I love that they have quite a few self-checkouts. It was a nicer Kroger, and all the staff is great each time Ive been in there. Last time, I accidently dropped a cantaloupe and the guy tricked me into thinking I needed to go pay for it to get a laugh. That man is too much. Haha.

This Kroger is fantastic and has everything you could need from a grocery store. The employees who work here are also incredibly friendly and helpful. If possible, I highly recommend that you always go to this Kroger over the nearby one located on Cedar Springs.

This Kroger is huge and has a large health food/organic section as well add a massive produce section. The pharmacy has the convenience of a drive thru window. The only drawback is the cramped parking lot setup. Staff friendliness is second to none.

Not too happy came in to buy groceries. Groceries included 2 bags of chips 4 jars of ragu 4 jars of kool-aid and when I gave her my coupons for ragu n kool-aid she said I could only use one for the whole transaction. Not a happy camper.
