Not even one star worthy. I bought biriyani from indopak (the restaurant/cafe part of the store) yesterday and came home to rice smelling like bacteria. I called them today to let them know of the spoiled biriyani, instead of being nice (like service providers should be) they were rude and denied their food to be spoiled. They stated If its out of our building we have nothing to do with it...well what about to go orders? Should I have you spoon it in a To-Go box infront of me as I take a smell of each spoonful to assure its free of bacteria and wont cause food poisoning?! I cannot believe the customer service from this place! I understand things can happen, specially in ramadan when its quite busy-that is why i first called to speak to someone and let them know to prevent it from happening again to other customers. Instead of concern that I expected from the manager-he gave me a mouthful of attitude and was nasty on the phone, which is why I got online and searched indopak plano- to write this review. They deserve to be disclosed not only about their food but also about their horrible customer service. However for health reasons, I would advise to stay away from indopak cafe- even the richardson location that a few of my friends just stated also has sold spoiled biriyani to them and their families. Oh and dont bother to call and let them know if you do have any complains, because they dont care and its probably your fault anyway-cause its definitely NOT them.

This place sucks, you often heard that lady ( owner)screaming at someone else very loudly. The butcher shop is full of Illegal immigrants and they are working illegally there, very rude and scary looking .often cursing at the customers who dont have no knowledge about spanish.I find that out and bring it to the owner attention ,she seems like dont care...the reason I m writing this to let the other owners of this place know about this incidents. I know all together 3 person own INDOPAK.,before I called the immigration for hiring illegal immigrants .

WARNING!!!! they are KNOWN to change expiration dates. Employees are very rude on top of that when you bring back products that are expired and molding. We were told that we tampered with the product. We are looking into reporting them to the city to be inspected and shut down. This is NOT okay. The groceries purchased here have given our family food poisoning because we trusted we were getting good products. Be sure to keep proof if you get screwed as well. A lawsuit is bound to be coming their way.

I gave a lesson to that LOUD MOUTH LADY (probably new moneymaker). I screamed back to her as she does that all the time to the customers. They defend their expired rotten Frozen food items specially NAANs packs. I filed the complain with the Health Department. because they dont have Certified Food Manager onsite to handle customers complain. Hope she learnt the lesson.

Cafe staff in generally rude and the food often comes out rotten. Multiple family members have gotten food posining on different occasisions. This place not only needs a health inspection but a lesson in customer service. I often hear some of the employees bad mouthing customers of other languages and ethnicities. Really hoped this place would be great! DONT GO HERE!

Found the liver which I bought from the store rotten TWICE in the same month. Brought it to the attention of the authorities but nothing significant done. Quality of the liver especially was extremely bad. It was all dark blue when I brought it home. Although the date on the top packing was of the same day.

Went to this place and did not expect to be that good but I was surprised to see the grocery items and especially, the taste of food was awesome. The only drawback I saw is not much on the fresh meat.

This place has the trifecta of a bad store. It has horrible service, poor quality food, and rude employees. With the vast array of desi stores in the area it a shock that this place is still open.

The cafe is very good. The chicken biriyani (chicken and rice) is enough to feed 2 people and it is only $3.99. Try the samosas and chicken patties, too. Everything I have tried is very good.
