ATTENTION ACTIVE DUTY BEWARE: THEY WILL LIE TOO YOU.!! DO NOT LET THEM GET YOU TOO My sister is Active Duty Coast Guard and purchased a vehicle from this dealership. She is a legal Texas resident, and titling and registering a car is less expensive vice California. They dealership was to obtain an MSO for Mazda and send the appropriate paperwork to the Texas Tax Office. Instead of doing what they were told, NANCY decided that she was going to send her California Plates. California registration is $200 additional more monies than Texas. California Sales tax is 2% more than Texas. This matters to a young E4 in the military During the last conversation with Nancy, she asked us "Why we could not just tag the car in California?" That was not the deal, and if they could not get the information needed to tag it in Texas, they should have never sold the car to my sister. I really hate organizations that screw over the military, and by my sisters experience, they are that type of organization. I hope that they next young military person that is considering purchasing a car from them is aware of this so they do not fall into the same pitfall. They did not care, they did want they wanted to do versus keeping their word. That is insult to injury! ftp://ftp.dot.state.tx.us/pub/txdot-info/vtr/military_packet.pdf I will be writing a letter to the nearest JAG Office so that they can warn other young prey about this dealership.

Waste of time, went to see a used car at Vacaville Mazda, drove there only to be told the car was in Oakland (after waiting around for service as the place was empty) So later in the day I was near Oakland and decided to go see it there, called up and was then told the sold had been sold a while back at an auction??? The ad is still on their website!! Bunch of amateurs dont waste your time with Mazda of Vacaville (or Oakland whatever is up with that??)

I had an opportunity to work with Internet Sales Manager Steve Ulsh when shopping for a new car. I found him enthusiastic and hard-working. He worked hard on finding me exactly the car I wanted and at the price we needed. I can recommend him if youre looking for a new Mazda.
