Service has lost my business for good after 14 years of being a loyal customer!! First off this is not aimed at sales which I think they excel at, my review is strictly at the service department. Thursday I show up for my service appointment for an oil change and install of "no drill" mud flaps. Simple enough, a quick oil change and some screws with clips for the flaps and I should be on my way for the holidays, not quite. After 3 1/2 hours of sitting around, the service advisor comes out and apologizes for the wait but tells me they had to remove my "fender liners" to put the flaps on and that is taking awhile, hmmmm.... I dont have fender liners on my truck so dont feed me your BS! A little later he comes back and tells me we are all set and again goes on about the liners, I just shake my head to myself and pay my $300+ bill. I look at the back of the truck and after all that the flaps are crooked and one hanging lower than the other. I come back first thing the following morning to have them fixed before we leave for the weekend and wait another hour for them to adjust them. Verifying they are now even I hook up our trailer and we head off. Half way over the pass our friends behind us text as they pass laughing that one of the flaps is hanging off the truck, long story short the genius installing the flaps didnt quite understand how to use the clips in the pre drilled holes and they all fell off except for 1. Spent the next day crusing around for hardware stores looking for clips and screws while the family played at the campground. Oh and the other time I was lied to was a few years back by the service advisor when my new car I purchased from them had a break in the muffler weld and after a week I called and asked what was happening and was told they didnt have a welder in the service shop and they had to send it out for that. In shock I called upper management and asked about this and he confirmed for me that they in fact have 3 welders in the service shop. I cant stand being lied to and the truth would go a lot further than lying to your customers, they will never touch my $60k truck again. Its unfortunate as I would like to have believed that they would have at least respected me enough to tell the truth and take good care of my truck after 14 years and 7 new car purchases. I guess loyalty means nothing anymore and you are nothing more than an income and a number to them. They will never see me stepping foot onto their lot again and I hope you consider my experience when you look to trust someone with your hard earned investment.

I was extremely pleased with my car buying experience from Fugate Ford. From the moment I stepped on the lot, to a few days later when I came back to shop with my girlfriend for a car, I was treated with respect, kindness, and outstanding customer service. Steve was a wonderful salesman to work with. I was on the lot and had plenty of time to view inventory and look around before he approached me (not like other dealers where they are breathing down your neck the second you step foot on their lot). We took a test-drive in the truck I had been looking at and Steve was thorough and knowledgeable on the vehicle and even items to look for when buying a vehicle. Next I got the chance to work with Rob on getting my payment plan initiated and negotiating the pricing. Great guy, very friendly and helpful. When we agreed on a price I told them I was not ready to buy that instant and would be back later in the week. They didnt push the sale on me and even offered to let me test drive it for several days before making the decision. When it came time to buy the truck, Rob and Steve brought me in to Susan to work on financing and filling out the paperwork. Being my first time ever buying a Susan walked me through every single document explaining the warranty and Gap in an unbiased manor. Days later when my girlfriend and I came back to begin shopping for a new car for her Steve not only recognized me but was just as friendly, asking how the truck was treating me and if I had any issues to let them know. I am more than happy with the way my purchase was handled by Fugate Ford and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I dont even like Fords and I would still start my next car buying search at Fugate; HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was very disappointed with the service department and I typically dont write reviews, however, their lack of initiative to resolve my concerns leads me here. We called and made an appointment for our F350 diesel truck to have some warranty work done. They clearly knew it was a diesel and what the problem was. We took the time off work and drove 45 minutes to drop it off Friday morning. They called us at 11am and told us it would take 2-3 weeks to diagnose because their diesel mechanic was booked. In addition, our extended warranty covers a loaner car but we were told they didnt have any loaned cars available for two weeks. I went back the same day to pick up our truck as we made another appointment for 3 weeks out because we cant wait that long for a diagnosis. While I was there I asked to speak with a manager in the service department and was told there wasnt one there...nor was there a service writer available. So, I went to the front desk to pick up my keys and I asked the receptionist if I could speak with a manager. She said the best she could do for me was a salesman. I wanted to know why they would even make an appointment for a diesel truck if they dont have anyone available for diagnosis? I felt as though nobody I talked to cared about my frustration or understood their lack of logical thinking. In addition, they didnt tell me where my truck was parked so I walked around until I found it. They could have done something as simple as filling my gas tank and apologized and I probably would have been good. I dont think my truck will be going back to that service department! Shame on you Fugate!

********* EVERYONE BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!***************** If there was a NEGATIVE star then thats what I would put!!!!!! My husband and I are furious with this dealer!!! We tried to apply for a loan for my husband to get a truck for his work. The salesman specifically said ONE bank will be used to run a credit check etc...... We both agreed that it was worth a try since we needed a truck. We kept on asking questions about the application... the salesman continuously said " the bank", "Our bank", MEANING ONE BANK!!!! on the application it was written singular and not plural when it comes to a "bank". Everything went well until we got almost about 15 bank letters regarding an application to get a loan for a truck in 2 months time!!! We did NOT approve to apply to about 15 banks! Its ridiculous... !! Our credit scores plummeted because of this irresponsible and immoral dealership. My husband contacted them asking where did they have permission to apply to so many banks. We only agreed to 1. The main manager only replied that they had "assumed" that we wanted to. How illegal is that! He also said that in the contract they can do up to 5 banks... BUT WE HAD OVER 15 BANKS send a letter about the application for the truck loan from this dealer!!!!!!!!! We have proof! I warn everyone to be careful with this dealer. They are a scam to your credit scores. We came in with good/great credit, now we are fair because of this poor of a service dealership. WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK and WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT I KNOW ABOUT THIS!!! EVERYONE BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!
