Salesperson gave me quotation for new sonata 2016 at 0% interest (if approved) and sales manager approved it.After this we agreed to run my brother credit and next day I got call from manager that credit is approved.He said just sign documents and take your car.Everything was running good till this time and seems like sale team is helping and nice.When we reached there to sign those documents then I saw some extra charges of $1250 and one optional charge of $249 that manager did not even discuss with us at time of negotiation. Manager knew that my brother need car urgently because his previous old car is not working ( we discussed on first day) and he have no ride for work.He wasted our two days and later increase price.I showed him quotation that showing price with 0% with his approval but he disagreed to give that price. I requested him to provide our credit report so I can go to other dealership and get sonata 2017 model at same price that he is giving us now for 2016 model but he refused. They will give you best price first and run your credit but later add hidden and extra charges at the time of documentation...I put complaint with hyundai motors but representative told me that dealership is independent entity so they cant do anything...I wish that I can upload quote here to help others..BE AWARE...

Terrible dealership. Im ready willing and able to buy a car at this dealership so I call and ask if their 2015 Chevy Camaro Convertible has Navi, premium audio, and how much an extended bumper to bumber Chevrolet warranty would cost me. 24 hours later I call them again and get serious run around; no answer...again. I call Jimmy Vasser Chevrolet in Napa and get my questions answered in less than 10 minutes. Makes me wonder if sales is so unresponsive, what is their service department like. Their sister store in vallejo, Vallejo Nissan, where I first began the inquiry was so utterly unresponsive I TRIED to call Hyundai of Vacaville direct, but it seems like blowing off costumers runs in their blood. CONCLUSION: My husband took hassle free delivery of his beautiful 2015 Chevy Camaro Lt1 convertible this past Saturday, FOUR THOUSAND UNDER KBB. The sales person Joe Commisso at JIMMY Vasser Chevrolet in Napa was a pleasure to deal with. He should offer lessons on how to respect qualified customers and why, when a sales facilitator says theyll call back In 10 minutes, they should do so.

Worst experience with a car dealership ever in my life. And not even because the sales team they were great. Bought a new car 7 months ago come to find out the trade in car was never taken out of my name someone who knows who is riding around getting tickets in my old car left and right and they are coming to my house. Called dealership to figure out what happened spoke with ed with the finance department got hung up on over 12 times back to back and laughed at when I told him it was his job to take the car out of my name and told to go get the paperwork and handle it myself because he is "busy". Very unprofessional and inconvenient will never recommend this place to anyone! And I havent even told you guys half the story.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I purchased a Santa Fe Sport Ultimate which came with all the bells and whistles. Of course, there is much to learn and rwmember. The sales reps are always ready to answer any questions I may have. I have found I can come in without an appointment or text them and they will help any way they can. This also goes for the the Maintenance representative. They will answer my questions and help figure out the problem. Hyundai of Vacaville has great customer service that comes with a smile and They care about their customers. If I needed to buy another car, I definitely would come to them to purchase my next vehicle.

If I could give a negative number start I would the sales department here SUCKS!! Called this dealership three different times to verify a exact model of a used vehicle they had posted for sale and all times told it was exactly what was on the add. So make the trip and hour and half in traffic to to buy the vehicle which they stated is there and when I arrive it is not even the model they posted on the add. which is not that hard to just say sorry the ad is wrong and not wasted me and my families time to drive and and all the salesman can tell me is sorry this is what it is and have a nice day. Stay away from this dealership

I had a very bad buying experience and it is not over. When I bought the new car they wouldnt honor the published sale price from the Internet. I even brought a copy of the Internet ad. It was like a bait and switch. After much back and forth I finally settled on a price and paid cash for the car. After over a month I have not received the plates from the DMV. The DMV says they have not received the paperwork from Hyundai Vacaville. I made numerous phone calls but no one will return my calls. Is this any way to run a business? They sell you the car and then run and hide.

The service department is top notch. Kelsey is knowledgeable and very helpful. They have done work on my car without even charging. Just recently my car was lagging, they said it would be $100 to diagnose it. When there turned out to be nothing wrong with it, they didnt even charge the diagnosis fee! There are a lot of shady service departments out there (Roseville Hyundai is one of them!) but you can trust these guys. I will be a customer for life.

Is the best dealership that Ive ever been. They will treat you like a family specially zack he will explain everything what vehicle you need and what Vehicle his feet on your budget. Ill definitely recommend this dealership because for sure you will get out on this dealership with a smile and a very good result. The whole team are the best they are so accommodating. Keep it up

When I got my car, great service, theres this lady apparently works as a finance coordinator/manager, name Monica.. Very unresponsive to any calls, never follows up on a case, no updates on a case, I am still fighting over simple cancelation of warranty which is now 2 months over... Very irresponsible dealership.. Never doing business again. Will report to Hyundai corporate.

Hyundai of Vacaville seems to be a pretty good dealership. I did not buy my car there, but I do take it there for service. They seem to be pretty decent and know what theyre doing and are fairly communicative. They also seem to have a large stock on hand if youre looking to buy a vehicle.

Wonderful experience.. The sales team were respectful, friendly, and not pushy. They were willing to work with me and my situation. I ended up getting a 2017 hyandai elantra. Im a very happy camper and a very satisfied customer!
