To start off saying this is a review that went from myself having no luck with Samsung customer service directly over the course of 30 days to Jeff resolving my issue in 2 days ! Long story short, my Samsung microwave exploded and caught fire while my tenant was using it back in march 14th. I had called Samsung directly and they sent a tech over in a couple days. It was quickly determined that it needed to be replaced and deemed to not use it at all obviously. From that point on Samsung kept giving me the run around with different claim numbers to having me send pictures and copies of proof of purchase. Once finally approved it would then take another 10 business days to try to set an appointment!! Samsung also failed to provide with installation they wanted me to either install myself or pay 160 dollars to have it installed. At this point is where Jeff at the Carteret location changed everything around. Not only was he able to resolve the issue extremely quickly he went above and beyond to having Samsung approve the install from his store as well. Jeff took the time to call and text me from his cell even when he was not in the store to confirm install time and with a follow up after to see how the job went. Jeff has since reached out to me while he was on vacation a week later to check up and see how the mircowave was doing since this was a product that my tenant uses quite often for her small child. Ive bought all my appliances from This location and will continue for many years to come ! Thank you Jeff !

I LOVE this PC Richards! I have been going to this store for almost 7 years now and have purchased my TV, my washer & dryer, my microwave, my vacuum, my sound bar, my razor, my Bluetooth speaker, and even my mattress!! Which let me say, is the BEST mattress we have ever owned in our lives!! And best part, we got everything at the best prices around, and 3 1/2% tax!! I have almost always gone to Satish who is one of the associates that works there, he is friendly, professional, works with me on prices, but he also knows what he is talking about! Any time Ive ever had an issue, which is minimal anyways, the staff & management are extremely helpful in resolving the issues. Jeff is one of the store managers, and instead of being one of those managers who just worries about the sale, he worries about the "experience", and wants the customer to be happy and to keep coming back. I will continue to refer my friends to this PC Richards, and I will continue to come here because I cant find a better place for my applicances and electronics, period. I wish more store associates were like these guys, but I also wish I could get the prices and the quality I get from here at other places too. Best Buy, Sears, Walmart, Target...take note guys, PC Richards is still in business and going strong, and this is WHY!

This is what Great customer service is all about!!! One would think that retailers would understand that they are kept in business only because there are customers who purchase their items, but they dont get it! It was a delight to go into a store that understood the concept of, "the customer is always right"! I went in to this PC Richardson in the city of Carteret looking to purchase a replacement refrigerator for my tenant. Mr. Michael H. was the associate that took care of my transaction. When they did not have the model for the price I wanted he presented several options. When he understood that I wanted the one specific model I had originally picked he price matched a grade up to one of their competitors prices. I got a better fridge close to the same price of the original one!! Mr. Michael H., keep up the good work sir, you and your manager understand that a customer knows when he is being treated right. Not only will I go out of my way to return to your store, but I will refer my mom who will soon purchase a house. Michael H. and PC Richardson you know how important the "hook up"is to a customer! Keep up the good work.

I came to P.C. Richards after seeing the commercial they aired about being closed for Thanksgiving and spending it with the family. Great commercial. That being said, I went to PC Richards in Carteret to look for a washer and dryer. As I was walking around the store, I was met by Joe, the store manager. He was very polite and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. I didnt want to spend a lot of money considering Christmas is right around the corner. Long story short. I found exactly what I needed. The price was right. Natasha help finish the transaction. Any questions I had, she answered. She was very nice and polite. I spent a little more time there then expected because Joe and I began talking and talking. This was a good thing. Even after the sale I wasnt rushed out or ignored. I would definitely recommend shopping there. Very good finds.

I dont normally write reviews but this one deserves merit. I purchased a package deal which consisted of refrigerator, range,microwave & dishwasher for a very good price but the day of delivery I realized the refrigerator was too big to fit in my kitchen nook. I was so concerned of it fitting through my front or side doors, I miscalculated the kitchen measurements. Well needless to say I went back to the store to get a refund as I didnt see any on the showroom store with the measurements I needed. Jeff the night manager at the Carteret NJ store went above and beyond to look in their system & warehouse & was able to locate a refrigerator online. He made calls & I was able to receive my brand new refrigerator the very next day after I moved into my new home with no extra out of pocket fees. Very satisfied customer

I recently purchased new appliances for my newly renovated kitchen. This is the first time I can say that the whole experience was a positive one; from the shopping to the pricing to the delivery and the service. Delivery was arranged at my convenience and delivery was prompt. The men had no trouble unpacking and repacking everything for my inspection. When the last piece of my order was ready, same experience with delivery and no additional charges. Unfortunately, I needed a service call on my brand new dishwasher. Even that turned out to be positive. The serviceman was prompt and courteous. But the most important detail, the dishwasher was replaced with no hassles. I can honestly say, the next time I need appliances I will be back at P.C. Richards and Ill be recommending shopping there as well.

What a fantastic shopping experience here. We spent months researching information about three major appliances. We also spent a considerable amount of time researching prices. When we got to this P C Richard, we were well armed and instinctively skeptical. We were so pleasantly surprised by how knowledgable the sales staff were and how completely honest and candid the folks here were. Their best qualities were (a) how completely informed the staff was, (b) there were no pressure sales techniques used -- the sales folks just encouraged us to take our time and make the decision that was best for us and, most of all (c) price -- in each instance, they beat all of the competition. We could not be more satisfied.
