Dont ever get store credit. If you go to different locations its a hassle. I sent my husband in to receive his store credit and apparently I had to be there (an hour drive there and back.) My last name is in the system, my husbands ID says his last name, it was $45, and it was in store credit. Being such a small amount we shouldnt have had to go thru this much hassle. Just left a Boise vista off Glenwood and State and there is a young kid working there who also added to this bad review he wasnothing less than rude, smart ass, and Im pretty sure he is a power trip punk. He needs to retire from working in the customer service department.

I noticed a few non positive replies,cant say Im a real regular customer,every time I have shopped here the staff has always been friendly ,polite and very helpful ,today was a perfect example took an electronic devise to the counter for test run Michele retrieved all the cords and accessories neither of us could get it work,tried another brand and it worked fine she made sure I had all the right cords and explained how a few of the extra added bonus cords were used for, I left happy and feel I got a fair deal, In life if you start out with a positive attitude toward all people when shopping its usually returned ten fold Best V

They charged me 3 times for one transaction. They never asked for any specific info to resolve my issue, instead they told me it was my banks fault and they only got $40 instead of the $120 they requested from my bank. Ive verified they were paid. I dont know how vista pawn would know that if they didnt have any of my card or bank info to research with. On the 4th phone call I decided to push back because I thought logic would be a good way to move forward, I was hung up on..... the owner of the garden city location isnt even a member of the bbb. Only the vista location is. Buyer beware

Michelle is great to work with! My fiance and I went in just to browse and Michelle was really friendly and she talked us into signing up for the jewelry show. We ended up buying two rings from her at the show. A few months later my main stone worked itself loose. I took it back in to Vista Pawn on State and Michelle took complete care of it. I got my ring back within days rather than weeks with other companies and it looked brand new! I love working with Michelle. She has a great personality and is easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

Oh my lord I fell in love in this place literally. Michelle was her name very sweet and very helpful. This was the first time I stepped into this pawn shop and I must say it was one of the better pawn shops I been in the Boise area very organized and clean and awesome customer service from all the employees. I was there for about 30 minutes and I bet I got asked from every worker there if they could help me find anything very friendly. Hopefully Michelle will be there when I go back cause she is one amazing woman.

my father was looking at something there and they did not care to spend anytime with him because they were just not interested in selling. i dont understand how somebody could run this buisiness being so rude. i always go to the nampa one and they arr just great there but i highly suggest to not use this particular one.

This place is a complete joke. I go here mainly for car audio and each time I have bought something here I have taken it home and it had not worked. But surprise surprise there is no refunds. I would not go here again if my life depended on it. The staff are rude and would not help me. Do not go here they are a joke

This is Boises Best pawn shop!!! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable; we worked with Dylan and he was professional and polite. The selection is amazing. The store is clean. If you are looking for a quality pawn shop I highly recommend Vista Pawns State Street store; you wont be disappointed!

My experience dealing with multiple Vista Pawn locations has left me very satisfied. I have first hand experience selling them gold and silver coins and they will not try to rip you off, which is a relief. Nice, friendly staff seems eager to please. Will do business with them again. Thanks yall!
