BEWARE! Bought a suv from them, nothing but issues, since day one. Muffler wasnt fixed properly, back brake light wasnt fixed properly, did a half as job. Transmission and engine arent working as it should. Sold me a over priced junk. Told me since I still have warranty itll be cover they said.. they didnt tell me I have to pay, they told me the place they are sending me to in staten island, will be covered. No, I have to pay 400$ knowing that the vehicle had this problem before they sold it to me. They wil not be as friendly after theyll sold you a car. NO customer service nor satisfaction.I guess they dont need it since theyre a small business. And its worse if you arent from the area or Turkish! Lets see how much I have to pay for the engine... Oh and they definitely clear the check engine light .. mine came on after 50miles while driving home.. found out it had a leak in the hose.. they "fixed it"... I still have a leak in the hose... go figure.

Great experience I purchased 2 vehicles from them. Never pushed or forced into a sale. They take time to show you the vehicles, Give you their history, tell you what they think might need to be taken care of in the future. Give you a warranty, and a choice to extend that warranty, Financing option, If its needed. Any repairs and maintenance is done by them. You become like a part of the family, unlike other places they are Family owned. And you will deal with same people whem you go back for what ever reason. I purchased vehicles from a lot of other dealers, New and Used. Always promised something by someone, even by head managers, and when I came back, those people where gone. Was told If someone promised you something unless you have it on the paper, sorry they dont work here any more. You will not get that from this dealer. Will be coming back, when I need to purchase another vehicle. A+

Awesome Experience. From start to finish it was a smooth process. No pressure to buy, no pressure to purchase a warranty, and no bait and switch. We called ahead to ensure that the SUV was available. When we arrived the truck was in better shape than we thought. The prices are slightly lower than other places we have tried. The entire staff was laid back and didnt hover over you as you inspect the car. Kadir is as honest as they come. After I had purchased the vehicle I had one small problem with the rear wiper blade. I bought it to his attention and he replaced it on the spot, no charge. Not many used car dealership will do that, especially after they have the money in hand. We plan to be in the market for another used vehicle later this year and we are coming back to VNC.

These days finding an honest car dealership is a daunting task. VNC Auto really surprised me with their customer service & integrity. I had been to a few other dealerships in the area and felt pressured by the sales people. The staff at VNC was amazing! As a first time car buyer I was hesitant to trust them but they delivered. I am happily driving my car without issues. The only time I had a problem (flat tire) they were more than happy to get a new tire at a great rate. I feel like you dont just buy a car from these guys, you buy a piece of mind! Ill be going there again to buy a car for my daughter. Highly Recommend!

I purchased a vehicle from here in April. From the very start, this was the best experience Ive had with a car dealership. They went very much out of their way to make sure I received the best possible deal in buying a car and were very honest and informative throughout the multiple steps along the way. They also used that trade-in value of my previous vehicle to replace the front axles free of charge after I pointed out that the CV boots were torn (a major, and expensive repair). Overall great experience with no unnecessary setbacks, or trickery.

SHADY! SHADY! SHADY BUSINESS!!! BUYERS BEWARE!! Didnt even take 6 months for the car to start having problems. The main thing was the trasmission and of course extended warranty didnt cover because apparently it was already a rebuilt tranny which they NEVER mentioned and did an awful job rebuilding it to begin with. JUST MAKE SURE YOU GUYS DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP!!

DO NOT TRUST! Sold a flooded car with many many issues. 3 weeks after we purchased the car we had a probable already. That should have told us to be aware! NOTHING BUT ISSUES!
