Went for a set of new tires on my Explorer.Got my new tires and went to hop in the truck when I realized my rocker panel molding was popped off.Upon further investigation I realized that all of the clips that secure it to the vehicle had been broken.Turns out they jacked up my truck on the bottom side of the rockers istead of on the frame where it should be lifted from.This collapsed the rockers on each side of my truck and broke all of the clips that attach the rocker molding.The manager Dave tried to offer me a 100$ back on my tire purchase but I refused and said i wanted it fixed.He told me to come by on Monday and the guy who could fix it would be back in town.Im sorry but unless they have opened a full fledged body shop in the back room there is no one there who can properly repair the caved in rocker panels.I am vetting estimates for the repair and will proceed from there.The tech who jacked up my truck and put the tires on knew he desroyed the rockers and was hoping I got in and drove away without noticing instead of accepting his dumb mistake.Not happy to say the least.BE AWARE of what they are doing to your vehicle,i am pretty certain this is not the first time they have done this and wont be the last,they just got caught this time.Will update when and if situation is resolved.It was resolved with Discount headquarters writing me a check for the damage.Since then i have gone to another Discount store a few miles away and the same thing happened after I clearly told them to lift the truck up on the frame.Apparantly they do not listen when customers give them clear directions on how to handle their vehicle.

I have been a long time customer with this particular Discount Tire location. I have brought all my vehicles to this store and purchased several sets of tires. I recently had a tire issue on my mother-in-laws van. Brought the vehicle in several times for the same problem (hard to find issue). The problem was corrected with a new tire. I do agree with one of the other posts that it seems customer service may have slipped just a little bit. I really do believe that any issues will be corrected as I have been treated extremely well be the manager of the store and the corporate office. The guys in the shop that do the work seem very professional and seem to have very good knowledge and respect for the customers vehicle. I do not let just anyone touch my vehicles. I do most of all the service work my self so I know that it was done my way. I have watched them closely. They do care about the job!! Dave (Store Manager), Thank you for handling this the way you did!! I am extremely pleased and thankful that this problem is gone. I can promise you that I will be back for more tires in the future as needed and maybe a new set of rims here soon!! Your professionalism is A+ and really stood out for my in-law and wife. Thank you very much

Nothing but good things to say about this Discount Tire location. I have been doing business with them for years and they have always provided a very knowledgeable and professional experience. I recently called them to have a set of tires ordered, they did not have them in stock but put the order in to have some shipped out to the location, said it would be about 4-5 business days. When they arrived on site there was an issue in that they had received the wrong size for my car. They immediately apologized for the mix up and offered me a better set of tires that they had onsite already. They worked their magic and sold them to me for the same price as the tires I had originally ordered. They were able to fit me in that day and were able to have me in and out of the shop in under an hour even though the shop was very busy. A++ for the sales people and technicians at this location. Keep it up the great work guys!

I have been to this store several times with no issues. However, it seems like customer service is slipping. I ordered tires on their web (special order) and never received a call from them to get them installed. Cant get through to the store. I tried several times and after waiting on hold for 15 plus minutes listening to their insanely annoying pre-recorded message, I finally gave up and called another store. The other store stated that they could get the tires by tomorrow so why have I been waiting 12 days for the Rogers store to call me? I have been a loyal Discount Tire customer for at least 10 years. Maybe no more. Certainly not at the Rogers store.

Went in for a tire rotation, sales guy tells me I didnt need tires rotated because the rear tires wear out faster! (front tires at 5/32 along with a camber issue and rear at 7/32). After trying to explain it to him that he was wrong and why I wanted them rotated in the first place I decided it was probably better just to do it myself. Thats when the real fun started, as they were the last people to rotate them 5600 miles ago . All four tires were torqued to roughly 300ft lbs. No grease used on lugs or around hubs. If you want piss poor service and people who know nothing about tires except that they are made of rubber this is your place.

Very pleased. I had a slow leak in my rear passenger tire for a week (as low tire pressure popped up on dash) walked out to a almost flat tire Thursday afternoon (10/27/2016) drove up to shop and filled it up to get me by for the day. Then this evening (10/28/2016) I noticed something on my tire so I looked and found a screw. Took it to Discount Tire to get it patched with me three kids (4 and under) but was not patchable. They were very HELPFULL on helping me out and sending me home in a reasonable time. Wont go anywhere else!! Been there several times and pleased each time!!

WOW! Have been going here for a few years on a friends recommendation. Had a flat this morning & took it in to get the flat fixed (instead of buying a needed new tire) since $ is tight right now. Waited for a bit while I assumed they were fixing the flat. Pretty soon my name was called & I received my invoice. ZERO $. They had REPLACED the tire with a used one in stock & said for us to come back to them when were in a better position to buy tires. Who does that any more in this day & age? We will never go anywhere else!!!

Discount tire beat the price of there competitors and sold me a very nice tire. The vehicle rides and handles great. The reason I chose to write this is because they accidentally locked my keys in the car. The way they handled it was very nice and they even gave me another discount for the inconvenience. The difference between a good company and a great company is the ability to handle situations when they are not business as usual. Thank you guys for doing a great job!! Joe

Yesterday I went in to have my tires air pressure checked, I was unable to do it myself because the valves were stuck on. They went out of their way to take them off, one was seized on so they end up cutting the stem and replaced it. They were so friendly, enjoyed listening to the one employee singing to the country music songs. Will recommend to friends and family!! Keep up the great work!
