I was early for my appointment and was basically scolded by the desk attendant, saying how it throws them off when people arrive early. I get that, and I dont mind waiting. Next, I asked to see the type of tire I selected, and he said, "Well its round and rubber." I told him that was a disrespectful response but I was polite about it. I went ahead with the tires I selected previously over the phone, knowing that I could return them within 30 days if they were noisy or handled poorly. There was some back and forth about the rebate, which he said would be $50 when we entered my information (when selecting their credit card, this was the deal for the price range of tires I selected). When my car finally made it out of the shop, the car was running, waiting for me with the door wide open out front. But I noticed my paperwork had a $30 rebate slip instead of $50, so I had to flag down the person and remind him it was supposed to be $50. He rifled through some paperwork and pulled out the $50 rebate slip with no apology. I dont know if this was intentional or not, but I felt the service, even though they were extremely busy, was careless and a bit condescending about my inquiry for the tire. Dont disrespect your female customers, please. As I looked around the waiting room the seats were full, and all but one were women. Pay attention to those keeping you in business and treat them well.

The staff at this location is amazing! Great attitude, fast service, friendly smiling faces, and always willing to help and answer all kinds of "dumb questions" from both me, and some of the other customers that I always overhear while visiting this store. I cant imagine how hard it is to keep a straight face while answering some of the questions that I have heard people ask. But they all seem to do it well, with grace, and in a polite way, so as not to make the person feel stupid, but still give them a good and honest answer to the questions. I have been coming to this location for over 7 years, and have purchased many tires from them. When you combine the great prices that they almost always have on the best-rated tires (after doing the online research on reviews, ratings, and performance numbers) with the amazing customer service experience that you have at their store, they just cant be beat. And when I have stopped in to have my tires checked, rotated, balanced, or whatever, they always have treated me well and done a fast and professional job.

Great service and trustworthy. Brought tire in to be plugged/patched or buy new tires after another shop told me they found the puncture leak that was causing my ar loss and it was un-repairable and I would need to replace the tire. Being I own an AWD I would need to replace all 4 tires at same time to avoid drive train issues, I thought it best to shop around. Derek at Discount Tire in Plymouth, MN took my car in and could not find any leak and assumed my slow air loss was due to corrosion on rim where tire beads seals. He pulled tire off rim, grinded off corrosion, put sealer on rim and reset the tire. So instead of buying $650 worth of new tires when they still had a good 20,000 miles left on the tread, Discount Tire fixed the issue and didnt charge a penny... FREE... Great service and staff. You know where I will be buying all my new tires from when I need them. Yep, Discount Tire. THANK YOU!

I had my tires replaced on my Audi about 3 months ago. They gave me a great deal on the tires (matched lowest online prices) and gave me a good deal on the tire insurance. I have never had a flat before, so I was a little reluctant to purchase the extra coverage. However, while I still have yet to get a flat, I managed to hit a really bad pothole on the way to the airport a couple weeks back. When I got back from my trip there was a small bulge in my tire. I brought the car in the next day and they replaced it within 45 minutes. All I had to pay was $15 to re-insure the new one. Although the $15 was a surprise, it was a heck of a lot less than getting a new tire. Also, everyone here is really cool and nice. I appreciate them asking "Is there anything we could have done better?" when they open your car door. Nope. I think they do a great job.

So I came in for a mount and balance. I have a 4x4 truck with 6/32 tread on the rear and 12/32 on the front. When I got the receipt to leave I also freaked 80 psi in the rear... Max tire psi is 65. They corrected this before I left. When I got home I noticed that one of the rear tires was still on the rear. Proper rotation was is to move the fronts back, and criss cross the rears as you move them forwaed. So there is no reason why a rear should still be on the rear. I brought it to another shop to fix there duck up. When they pulled off the rear tired I also asked to check balance. Well the balance was also off. Mistakes happen but when you put 2 tires with 12/32 tread on the passenger side and 2 tires with 6/32 tread the driver side only explanation is you lack common sence.

I absolutely love Discount Tire! Ive bought both sets of tires Ive had from here. About a year after I bought my tires, I got a flat from a lovely pot hole. I brought it in and it wasnt repairable, however they were new enough that they offered me to purchase the warranty on my tires, which I immediately did! Sure enough, 3 years later I ran over a muffler last night. I brought it in and had to have the front two tires replaced. What did I pay? $24 just to apply the warranty to the new tires (which I had no idea was an option--all of my tires are still under warranty!). They had me in and out within an hour without an appointment. Exceptional staff at this particular location. Im a lifelong Discount Tire customer. Kudos guys!

These guys are easily the best in town! I had problem with my TPMS sensors and Pep boys shop where i brought my tires a year ago told TPMS is rusted and i have to replace it for $145. I checked with another tire shop and they too told same with cost of $100. Every other shop i checked quoted me around $150-$170 and only these guys told it will be around $60 but they told entire TPMS may not need replacement. I drove in there this morning and they fixed the problem for $7.50!! Couldnt believe my eyes!! Thank you Discount tire team, you guys rock.

Recently moved to the area and had a flat tire. I was not initially sure as to where the best place would be to get my tire patched - however, I am absolutely thrilled that I decided to go to Discount Tire. Not only did they patch and repair the tire free of charge, but they also swapped out my spare and changed the tire back for me! I was extremely impressed with the overall service, and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I will certainly be going back to Discount Tire again the next time i needs new tires!
