I said I loved it for one reason only - the people who work there want to do a good job and shouldnt be penalized because corporate sends them way way way too much stuff.Ok so here it is - Im a loyal customer but corporate has sent them so much stuff you cant maneuver the isles and I know theyre losing business because of it. It would take a whole store full of employees to get the stuff put away and even then more would come in so they cant win. Im contacting corporate. If you like having this store in town - yell at corporate too. Maybe theyll be like undercover boss and get someone out there to save this store.

They really need to bring Dollar General back to AMES... We really need one here in Ames but lose the cigarettes.. People dont need them

I LOVE this Dollar General, and the nice employees. Sadly, they are CLOSING at the end of April, 2015.
