-This is a large Goodwill location (large meaning it has its own building, not attached to a mini mall or something. Extra space to move around in, doesnt feel cramped) with a large selection of everything. Its usually quite clean, its a big building thats well-lit, not a small cramped location. -Minimum experience with the staff but theyve always been pretty nice at checkout and when cleaning out the dressing rooms of extra items. As someone who once worked in retail and knows how horrible most people are to retail workers, I think the staff here is very nice and does a good job, especially if youre nice to them and remember that theyre human. -Parking is a nightmare here, even when its not real busy. -Havent had experience dropping thing off yet but they have the pathway marked well throughout the parking lot and signs to show you where to go.

Nice location, but dont drop off anything breakable! I had a bag filled with housewares (glasses, bowls, lamp shades, decorative things) and the guy was literally smashing things into bins. I even told him "careful with this, there are breakable things" but he continued to slam it on the ground before slamming it into the bin.., I heard some shattering. What a waste. Pretty sure he did the same thing with the gal before me. Goodwill - please train your people be more gentle!! What a waste.

Last time I was there I dropped off a donation and went inside for........ drum roll please - $1.49 day - I wonder if they have $1.49 day. It was based upon the color of the day. Pretty cool, they hire a lot of people and have a great mission. Support them if you can - oh yeah, a great place to shop for Halloween or theme parties!

A good sized thrift store that carries home, personal items, furniture, and clothes like most any other GoodWill. They usually keep it cleaner, but already rearranging stuff. The crowd is friendly and I enjoy going to see what I can find when looking for something specific or just browsing.

Lines at checkout are long and parking can be troublesome, but the store is very nice. Great prices on clothing and friendly staff. Plenty of changing stalls as a well as a good selection of furniture and home items. Donate and keep the donation receipt for 25% off your next purchase!

Love this place even though its a litle bit pricey. Most of the staff are nice except for the one lady that was wearing glasses. She kePT on telling us that the store is closed when we are trying our last shirt to think that we are not the only customer there. So rude.

Parking is not good here at all. Not a large selection of mens clothing. Smaller store with an alright selection of things, but not great. Id recommend taking an extra 10 minutes and driving to the Chanhassen location. Its much newer, larger and has a great selection.

Love the selection....but the new return policy is awful. Please remember how rich goodwill industries is before "donating" to the training program. The ceo s of goodwill make 6 figure incomes. They dont need help paying to train the underpaid staff.

One of the better goodwill stores, which is probably why they are always so busy. That could be also due to location and not having any other thrift stores within miles of ridgedale mall. The store is tucked away on the frontage road of 394.

Took 30 minutes to donate through the drive through. Got trapped and couldnt back out. Talked to the manager and received no assurances or apologies. Donate your goods somewhere else, these guys are pretty unappreciative.

So unproffesional. Two employers were arguing right in front of customers. I also had found a worn out purse with no price tag, i asked for a price and they marked it $20! Its goodwill for crying out loud! Dont shop here.

I was super disappointed by the selection here! I thought since it was in the burbs that it would have some good stuff but no! Also, nothing was organized very well at all! My advice: Go to Savers instead.

This is a good will its supposed to be helping people but I think they have raised their prices a little too high for some of the items not extremely clean the Goodwill in Chanhassen is much nicer

Great location, easy to spot from the highway, harder to find on the back roads though. Great selection of kids items, clothing, household decor and furniture. Reasonably good prices.

Sizes are not clearly marked. You have to dig around to find the size on the clothes-if it has it! Otherwise, a very nice, very clean store. The household goods section is amazing!
