Selection is fairly good, but the staff seems particularly inept. I went in last Friday, and asked to use a coupon, but the cashier said that he could not take it because he had already pushed total. I thought it was just a lazy cashier and didnt have time time deal with it so I went back two days later to speak to a manager and get my 25% off of my purchase. ((No problem right?)) Nope. The manager said they HAVE to have coupons before transactions! (There are no signs about this policy. They didnt ask for my coupons. They didnt mention that in any of their policies.) I asked if I could return my items and re-check them out using my coupon. No. He said that all items would go all the way back to the distribution center in Rogers. They are slaves to the computer and system it appears. Im disgusted. Ive never heard of a store not accepting coupons unless you mention you have it before the transaction begins. We are a family of 8 who shops frequently at Goodwill, and I have brought several van-loads of donations. That said, this location at least has lost my business. I would suggest you travel up to the Goodwill on Dunkirk Lane at the Maple Grove Parkway exit. They have a better selection, an outstanding manager who has gone of out his way to be nice to my little children, and they take coupons - even at the end of transactions.

My son found 10 polo Ralph Lauren shirts BRAND NEW WITH ORIGINAL TAGS - 75.00 - paid 15.00. Great back to school shopping trip! Picked up nice sweaters and even got some jeans for myself! Clean and easy to browse the pants/jean selection - looked a bit odd they way they hung, but can see it is for everyones benefit to see sizing better! Super friendly staff. Noticed a rip (actually just missing threads) in the arm pit of a sweater - a few stitches at home took care of - but was nice they caught that and pointed it out to me-only 5.00 for sweater!! Only way to back to school shop!

Donating site is very user-friendly. They have a stop sign and bright orange cone in front of the donation center door to let you know where to stop your car so the attendant is alerted. Some branches dont have a sign or cone there. If you drive to close thinking the door will open automatically, you could scrape the front of your car. If you stop too far back, you would be waiting a long time because the attendant wont be notified. Because this branch has a sign & cone, stopping at the right spot is so natural you dont even have to think about it.

I honestly dont get their pricing quota. I saw a dated picture from target for $24.99, a shirt for $20.99, everything I looked at was more expensive here than to buy it new! Also their t-shirts start at $4.99 and Ive been to other goodwills in better areas and they start at $2.99. Just because some of the customers are flaunting fake designer Louis Vuittons that they got at another thrift store doesnt mean youre Nordstroms.

WORST GOODWILL!!! All prices are 10 times the price they should be!!! DONT FALL FOR THEIR SCAMS!!! THE MANAGER ONLY BUYS 4$ TAGS AND UP!!! Wanna pay 100$ for something you could get for $3? Everything is full price!!! You could get better deals at target/walmart!!! DONT HELP THEM BY DONATING TO THEM!!! IT WOULD JUST HELP THEM SCAM MORE PEOPLE!!! THIS GOODWILL IS A SHAME TO ALL OTHER GOODWILLS!!!

As usual, most of the staff is helpful but some other employees are not cut out for customer service and support. The staff taking donations are competent and professional. Inside, the prices are higher than most of the other goodwill stores. If you are on a tight budget I would recommend you check out the Brooklyn Park goodwill outlet store. Great value there.

In my experience, the quality of the Goodwill is dictated to an extent by the type of neighborhood in which the Goodwill is situated. Maple Grove is a good drawing place and therefore this Goodwill offers a decent selection of products. The prices are fair for the most part although the Goodwill in northern Maple Grove seems to do a better job more often than not.

Fairly clean. Seamed organized. Prices are kind of ridiculous for used items. For instance a blazer from the limited was $10- a great deal, however if you shop clearance racks you can find a new one sometimes that low or near that price... Reminds me of what ragstock use to be but more pricey?

Sometimes I find great items. Sometimes I dont find great items. Almost always the staff has been very kind and respectful. Id like to know how they figure the pricing for items because there have been several items we were interested in until we looked at the INSANE price tag.

Selection is not great. They have some new clothes from Target and other stores, but are definitely overpriced. Ive seen the same exact item at other Goodwill locations for 50% of the price or less. Too far of a drive so I wont be coming here again.

Might be one of the best Goodwills Ive seen. Ive been to many Goodwills that are pretty messy, but this one is quite clean and the customer care was present and knowledgable.
