I wish I could put no stars. Ive had a terrible experience with this dealership from the beginning. The salesman was very pushy and talked me out of the original car I was planning to purchase. I actually talked me into buying the vehicle because it was "certified" boy was that a mistake. They actually sold the other car I was looking at while we were discussing numbers and his excuse was he thought we decided on the certified vehicle. The vehicle was supposed to be gone through and have no issues, low miles, a warranty, and of course a higher payment. We we signed papers and after they rushed me through all the paper work they finally had the car ready to drive away. It looked like they rubbed a little armor all on it and they aired up the flat tire it had. But they didnt fix it by the way. Fast forward a couple days we take the vehicle to get tags and alll that and they forgot to sign the check they sent us so we had to go out of our way to get another one signed. We get all that done. A week later the car is having a hard time starting so we have it checked out. Battery is bad. Turns out it is out of warranty. Big surprise. After haggling for a while they agree to put the battery in no charge. Now the car starts developing issues. First of all I had the oil changed for the second time and the place tells me I have a major oil leak from the front of the engine I should probably have looked at. I had the oil changed at Wyler the first time I guess they just missed it. Hmmmm. So the radio starts messing up. The hands free talk doesnt work and the radio is running on some kind of prehistoric tech it feels like. Also in the meantime the car has developed a new equal while taking off sometimes. A quick google search found this is kinda common on the si of this year. Annnd the starter is starting to act up clanking really hard. So I take the car to the dealership with my list of prolplems. I want to make this quick. They look at it and telll me the microphone is bad. Not under warrant, we argue and they fix it. The oil leak is timing cover seal and not under warrant, take 2 days to get them to fix it no charge , cant find the starters and trans mission issue. They had my car a week so I gave up and went to get it. Well I get in and and head home and try and use the newly fixed and reset radio. Well is doesnt work, its worse than before and they disarm even reset it like they said they did. I dont think they did anything honestly. Im super pissed at this point so I call and explain I finally get a call from lance the gm and I tell him my whole story. He apologizes to me and says he will DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO MAKE IT RIGHT. He suggest putting me in a new car so we dont have to deal with this lemon. The salesman even tells me they bought some bad cars a while back go figure. So I agree. He says he will pay gas tolls and even give me a loaner car. After this phone call I CAN NOT get ahold of lance anymore . I got they after work to take advantage of the opportunity to get something work my money. The staff are polite assholes. Like its hard to hate them on a personal level but they really are not here to help you. That night I accomplished nothing. They want me to comeback tomarrow to try and finance the new car and buy mine back. I tell them I would like to leave my car there because it had trouble starting the day before and lance said it wouldnt be a problem. Turns out it is a problem. No loaner for me. And no gas money. Just a lot of talk and no one followed through with what they say. My wife take the car there the next day and follow the procedure cause what Else am I to do. Turns out Im upside down on the car Im in and there is nothing lance or anyone can do, go figure. Im stuck with the lemon. Just a bunch of talk. I forgot the biggest part that the sleeezy salesman and manager snuck a 1800$ extended warrant on my loan that I became aware of while trying to get it fixed. They wont own up to the fact they did me wrong and have a big talk about helping you but when it comes time to do so their "handsaretied

Worst experience I have ever had I do not trust this place. I will never do business with Jeff Wylers again. After I repeatedly told the salesman that I wanted all the numbers before we went to finance I was repeatedly told oh you got your monthly payment where you want it youll be happy with the numbers. I kept telling him no I want to see all the numbers including price of the vehicle, my trade in value, and the interest rate typical things someone would want to see before making a 25K purchase.....nooooo he kept giving me the statement Im telling you will be happy.....no I wont! I got back to finance and was finally given the purchase price of the vehicle and of course it was way over (900.00) on what I expected it to be. I had to negotiate again and again and should have walked out before I was pressured into signing stating I would be happy. Well Im not....because after that I got the call that the finance manager lost my check.....then after that a 25K vehicle I just purchased needed the rotors turned because once you got up to 60 miles a hour and went to brake it was vibrating so bad due to erosion build up from sitting on the lot I was told....I have purchased a total of over 50K worth of vehicles in the last 1.5 years from Jeff Wyler Dixie Honda. I will never do business there again! Then just to top off the deal I get an email from Jeff Wylers stating that the tactic of their salesmen is not to base a deal off a monthly payment and instead it should be on the price of the car. Really because that is the complete opposite of what was done in my deal on 8/12/16. Then I was asked if I got everything taken care from my "We owe you" paperwork....well if you think giving me a Chevy keyfob for my GMC Terrain is a fix and having visable scratches on your "touch up" paint job is a being taken care of then I guess so. If I could give less than one star rating I would.

I have just recently got back from an extended deployment overseas so I apologize for the late email. I called the dealership on Dixie highway inquiring about a Honda Pilot because my family is growing. I was told that I would be able to get approved for a new or late model used Pilot and that I should come in with the trade ins and we would go from there. I have been a long time Honda owner and love the vehicles. All of them have been bought from Jeff Wyler. Having said that, We got down to the dealership and the lady I was working with (I apologize that I dont remember her name) said that we would look at the Pilot and whatnot. Keep in mind my wife, daughter and my mother and father followed us down because we had 2 trade ins and a 2 hour drive there. She proceeded to tell us that she could not get us in a Pilot when we got there and then proceeded to ask us about a Ford Flex. My wife loves the Pilot and if she wanted a Flex then we would have gone with a Ford. I had money down, both trade ins and I was ready to go home with a new or late model used Pilot. Needless to say I will never shop Jeff Wyler Honda again because of the experience I had in this matter. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a dealership. I will never recommend to anyone to go to Jeff Wyler or any affiliates. We have since switched to Chevrolet and happy with it. I currently drive a 2015 Equinox and it may be a little cramped but the buying experience where I purchased it was leaps and bounds better than what the whole staff at the Dixie location. I may eventually go with Honda again but I will not be buying from Jeff Wyler.
