This store is an extreme example of how capitalist management devalues into a communist concentration camp. The manager is a dull, non-compassionate, unethical individual who strings along with corporate policy rather than the needs of the community as well as her employees and customers. She reprimands the workers in front of customers, refuses to accommodate the basic needs of a person, and prefers a silent, robotic way of communication that seems to lessen the morals of the work environment. Furthermore, the store is always messy. It looks like a scene out of Europe from the mid-20th century when people were scrambling for the tools of basic survival. Some of the employees do not mind being controlled by the management, nor do they mind displaying their personal lives in front others. I have noticed that the manager seems to have some type of internal spy mechanism going on but I cannot tell how. She constantly monitors the workers and the customers but I have never seen her doing anything herself. The prices are out of range for the modern consumer. Goodwill is a family store that suppose to benefit the poor and those in need but unfortunately the store is just as derogatory as any other place the values the power of the almighty dollar rather than the holistic needs of the community. I do not recommend shopping in this store because of the low morale, negativity, and bitchiness of the management. I honestly believe an investigation should be carried out of the manager regarding her treatment of the employees and the customers as well as how she takes advantage of corporate policies and what she does behind the scenes.

I dont normally write reviews, but I went out of my way to write this one, because I feel it needs to be out there. I actually really enjoy shopping at this store, i find great deals, and there is a lot of stuff to look at. Now, like normal there would be certain items that werent tagged, the tagged ripped off, etc. So once I got to the register I would ask the price, and then either buy it or not. Also, I know Im not the only person that does this, but there were times where I would change my mind last minute about an item and not purchase it, this happened maybe 3 or 4 times. Considering its a thrift store, its not out of the ordinary to find a flaw in a piece of clothing when the cashier is ringing you out, anyway, i went to check out and there were maybe 5 shirts that i did not want, but i purchased 9 or 10 items, the cashier looked at the items that i didnt want and asked me to put them back because it was part of their job, but it was a hassle. and she was VERY RUDE about it. Ive worked in retail and there would be customers leaving CARTS full of merchandise that we would have to put back, but we wouldnt DARE ask them to go put back everything where they found it. I found this cashier so rude and unprofessional!! i cant believe she had the audacity to do that, mind you the store has other customers and it was very embarrassing. Maybe ill stick to the salvation army...

Goodwill NOT.... I thought I might fare a bit better than other reviewers based upon the fact that I was donating goods, however I was also made aware of just how heinous a place the location of this establishment is. The staff is indeed chock full of attitude and not helpful. They dont take toys or games (so near Christmas?!?) and they dont take any furniture! I was told by the young woman who answered the back door where donations are left that since they had recently redecorated their store they had decided they were no longer going to take any furniture. Based upon this experience even if I did have things to donate which were acceptable to this unpleasant group, despite their convenient location I would drive to another COUNTY before I would let them benefit from anything of mine.

I had to Join Google Plus just to write this review. As a life long thrifter I am used to all kinds of over-priced dumps with sorry selections. This store is about average in that respect. All Goodwills across the country went crazy about 10 years ago and prices just shot up. If the store is a charity (Goodwill, Salvation Army, DAV etc...) can you really complain about the price? Supposedly the money is going to a good place, right? This place sucks because the management is awful. They are mean spirited, terrible people who hate their jobs. This burns me. In a world where the economy is tanked and jobs are a privilege you would think Goodwill could find better people to run their stores. It would make a big difference. I hope someone reads these reviews.

I was in this store recently and couldnt believe how rude the staff was. Ive been shopping in various Goodwill stores for decades around the connecticut-westchester-nyc area and now I live in upstate NY so I thought Id visit. Its always been a good experience, nice people and good finds. This store has absolutely nothing to recommend it. The stock is junk, the store smells like a urinal cake and everything is horrifically overpriced. There is a big mall right next door where you can shop in a pleasant atmosphere and find better deals on the sales racks. Dont waste your time.

Goodwill is supposed to be discounted used items for those who can not afford department store prices. This store is a joke. I can get these items cheaper and brand new in Macys!. I dont know how it can call itself a "goodwill" store. It is also dirty and unorganized. Dont waste your time. I hope it closes soon and they put something actually useful in its place. Other reviews were right when they said they sell dollar store items and $4 and up. Ridiculous.

Good selection of clothing. VERY expensive, often priced higher than the original cost. No service for counter items and clerks will not help you. Even if you wait politely they will moan and groan about it when it comes time to show you an item. No bathrooms. 2 changing rooms with mirrors and a long wait. They will watch you like a hawk insisting on a 3 item limit however they will never be there to help. Its ironic.

This location has wide selection, but other than the clothes its mostly junk. Im not sure what their return policy even is if they sell you a broken piece of electronics or something. But they used to have rude staff and it seems that may possibly have been fixed, so I give them some points.

No es la gran tienda pero puedes donar algo, tal vez exista alguien que reutilice lo que vallas a tirar

Pretty good goodwill. Kept surprisingly organized. Doesnt usually have a lot in terms of electronics (what I primarily look for), but has a HUGE selection of womens clothes and a pretty substantial mens clothes selection.

Neat store. Usually clean. I come here somewhat often just to check what they have. 50% off tag color changes each week. Some items are overpriced or almost retail price for opened items

Not the biggest store, but pretty good stuff. The donation center around back is also very useful. I dont stop in every time Im nearby, maybe every third.

Smaller sized store, poorly organized. On par with most other goodwill stores. You never know what youll find but odds are it wont be anything great.
