was needing a cardboard pet carrier to carry a stray cat that came to my house, to vet. this location was out of stock. they had some boxes stacked on a cart that was EMPTY, but when I asked if I could have one she told me no, they have products in them. I wasnt blind, I did see one empty.

Bought fish, was not told about dead fish policy. (You turn in the body for refund) Fish died within twenty four hours of purchase. So reminder for anyone purchasing fish, keep the dead bodies, something the cashier failed to mention.

Nice to have a large pet supply store in town. But the service is lacking in the grooming department. No one was at the desk or answered the phone while I was standing at the drop off for at least 10 min.
