I when there to buy some feeder goldfish for my tank, I have a range of other fishes in my tank, but the guy working the fish area didnt let me buy any because of comparability with what I already have, and I had bought them and places them together in my tank, but it ok if I buy them to get killed my turtles. He asks a million questions like if I was getting a dog or cat, never have anyone in a petco or petsmart stop me from buying feeder goldfish to just have in my tank, or even care what I already had in my tank.

Almost gave 5 stars except I had one recent experience where a male cashier didnt seem like he wanted to ring me up. He and another employee were talking to another customer, while I got ignored as I said thank you after he rang me up. Prices are not great, but its close to my home. I prefer target when buying most of my cat supplies. I do like the refillable kitty litter from there though.

Takes really great care of both their fresh and salt water fish selections compared to petsmarts in the area. Not to mention petsmart doesnt have a salt water selection. Also carries a Cichlids and many other types of fish besides the usual Molly and guppy.

Expensive. Primarily a food store. Lacking in options for things other than food and more expensive than anyone else. Check out any "Pet Supplies Plus" locations in stead, they have everything for each of our animals and much better prices.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Supports rescue groups. Great discounts when you first adopt your pet so you can buy necessities for your new family member. AND my pup got his picture taken with santa there!

The good: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bad: prices in the store are overpriced. You can get 5 lint rollers for less than $8 on Amazon shipped. Here, we paid $8 for only two.

Nice people working there good service. They have the best price on dog food in the area its big inside with lots to choose from. I like the way you get to see dogs with their owners

Store is clean, and the employees are nice. Its a good place to pop in really quick if you need to get some pet supplies. The animals are always a special treat to look at too.
