Has good customer service but the care for their animals is horrible. The birds always are have bald spots and bugs, the rodents always have mites, the fish and turtles do not receive the right care! Do not recommend as there prices are way to high and they overcharge for everything!

I bought a love bird their on a Monday and by thrusday my bird died. I took the bird them and the guy their was really bad telling me he cant do nothing about it. That he didnt care. For just that he is being reported to the bbb office.

Called to ask if they carry something and the guy answered half asleep (its noon) with "What?" -- I asked if this was the pet store and he said "Yea, what?"... Do you carry soft claws for cats? "No" -- Talk about unwelcoming!
