Medusa Cascade

I had a horrible experience with this Petsmart. I had come in around a week ago buying a new aquarium with fish. The person who helped me get my fish was extremely condescending and incredibly rude. The Tetra Neons that I bought from the petsmart all had Neon Tetra Disease after noticing their odd behavior and lack of pigmentation (They were all completely pale). When one was sick of Neon Tetra Disease, I went in to return the fish and exchange it as well as one that DIED of Neon Tetra Disease and the same person who helped me originally obtain my fish implied that I had purposefully killed it. After this experience, I took the other 3 infected fish to the Petsmart on 2221 Oakton St. in Evanston and the customer care was completely different and much better than that I received in Skokie. If you are going to look for a petsmart I HIGHLY recommend going to the petsmart located in Evanston.

Worst customer service ever. Two employees rather do something else than help us, but someone else needed help and got help without hesistation.We were standing waiting for help for 30 minutes. At the end we ended up not buying anything bc we couldnt find out anything about the fish decor my brothers and I wanted.

This is my go to when it comes to saltwater supplies, I always ask for Stephanie or Brady when I come in because when it comes to saltwater knowledge, they are the best. 6 stars all the way.

MY FAVORITE PETSMART LOCATION!! Love taking my dog
