(VERY HAPPY VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER - Very Long Detailed Review - I just want you to know how great the service at the Millenia location is!! ) My beau & I are non-traditional and he gave me the joy of assisting him with finding my perfect ring. We began by going to the International Diamond Center by us (Altamonte Springs), however they were absolutely no help (Im not sure what her name was, but there was an elderly woman who was rude & had absolutely no interest in our business). I kept getting swayed to go to other types and although I appreciated how beautiful settings for the ring were, it was not what I wanted. Afterwards, we first went to Jareds they took us through a class, which was informative, but then again, pushed an antique prong ring setting where Id have to readjust every single aspect and the ring became very expensive due to all the alterations. All I wanted was a I wanted a simple, classic ring with detail - basically, I was looking for a Tiffany Bezet round solitaire ring with a touch of hidden detail. The beau and I even went to Tiffanys in the Millenia Mall, and although they were wonderful, it was close. We both agreed that we wanted a little more value and personalization for the price they were asking. Enter the International Diamond Center Millenia location. We were both hesitant at going to another chain, however I figured, if all else failed, I could settle for the bezel set at Tiffanys. Little did I know that Yelitza would sway me to the correct option. Yelitza was welcoming, customer oriented, and very knowledgeable from the very beginning. She was so patient and somehow knew exactly what my boyfriend and I wanted. After attending the class at Jareds (LOL), my beau knew wanted a flawless diamond as close to colorless as he could with an Ideal or ideal + cut, higher than a half a karat possibly one. We did not want the band to exceed the cost of the diamond, but we wanted a solid practical setting as I do work a lot with my hands (Im an artist and also work in the computer technical field), so the bezel set was something that I was always drawn to. (Most of my jewelry is in a bezel setting & I love it). I showed her my favorite ring, a ring I got from Pandora- I have the silver ring with the black rutile quartz and that is in a bezel setting and we worked from there. Yelitza knew exactly where to show me various options, help us view diamonds, assist us with selecting the shank (band) and then ordered the parts very quickly. She was down to earth and made us feel at ease, rather than push us into obligation to buy. She literally helped me build my dream ring. Once the parts were ordered, we placed a refundable down payment, just in case I changed my mind and came back in less than a week to give the jeweler my approval for production. When I saw the sum of all parts, I cried when I saw it out of happiness. The ring is gorgeous and exactly what Ive always dreamed of. It has the detail on the bezel set that I was yearning for, the diamond is what my boyfriend was looking for, and the price was outstanding. Yelitza, if you are reading this, thank you. You have made this the most easy and stress-free experience for us. I am positive this will encourage my girl-friends to shop at your specific store. We are forever in gratitude. I highly recommend this store as everyone is friendly, customer oriented, and so knowledgeable.

Came in last week to begin the process of purchasing an engagement ring without any experience. It was late in the evening when I arrived and met with Ken, the sales manager. Ken showed me around explaining to me the difference rings, styles, and most importantly the diamonds. He provided me with knowledge to go over and consider, along with reference material for me to use when I was ready to move forward. A week later, I call Ken to inform him that Im coming in and he welcomes me with open arms. I inform him of a specific style I think would look best, he shows me some rings, introduces Adelina the saleswoman, and we go through the process of finding a setting and a diamond. Adelina and Ken were absolutely amazing! Being in sales, I can sense when people push and try to get you to make a decision, but they were not this way. They allowed me to take as much time deciding on the ring combination, as well as giving me time to call both sets of parents for their thoughts. Everything was so comfortable and just created a great environment, nice and relaxing. They were down to earth, completely transparent, resourceful and just truly genuine individuals. I am happy to say I have purchased the perfect ring and I owe a huge thanks to Adelina, Ken and IDC Orlando. I will refer you to absolutely everyone! Thank you! A follow up to this review: We had to get the ring resized because her finger was smaller (we planned for this). It turns out that she had a smaller size than anticipated so the ring had to be adjusted 2 sizes down. Our saleswoman Adelina really knows her stuff and when we told her that we were informed it would need to be shipped to Tacori in California, she said "no, we wont send it". At first we were confused but she then told us that Tacori does not resize more than 1.5 ring sizes so theyre going to order a new ring in her exact size! Now we didnt have to part with the ring and just have to switch out the diamond once the ring arrives. We were so happy to hear that it didnt need to be shipped and more importantly, she didnt have to part with it for 2 weeks. I highly highly recommend Adelina and IDC because they truly take care of their customers. THANK YOU IDC!

I have had the absolute worst experience shopping at IDC. I will preface this review by saying that the Jeweler I had at the millennia location was amazing, but the overall experience and customer service has been borderline pathetic. I purchased my Fiancés ring at IDC about 2 months ago and everything up to that point was fine..... the day after I proposed, her ring was bent completely sideways and a diamond was gone. My Fiancé sings for a living, but isnt left-handed. She sings with her right hand, so holding a microphone in her hand SHOULD NOT BEND A RING. We brought the ring back to IDC and the manager never even came out to address me until the fourth time that this happens. Yes, the fourth time. I demanded to speak with him and when he came out, he asked "how would I like to see the problem resolved" .... ALL I WANT IS HER RING TO NOT BEND! After that he tells me he can order her the same ring in white gold instead of rose gold which SHOULD help because rose gold is copper based & more likely to bend (WHICH I WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT PRIOR TO PURCHASE) but it will of course, take 4-6 weeks...... he then proceeds to upgrade her ring to another ring that is there in the store that my fiancé settled for. I am super grateful that he would do this since we were not looking for an upgrade, just for quality in what they originally sold us. 3 days later... THAT RING WAS ALSO BENT! They have now fixed my Fiancés ring 6 times and she has had 3 different rings.... I have never gotten one call to check how things are. I have also never in my life had to demand to speak to a manager when their product was messed up and have never in my life had such a poor experience from a company. Im sure not everyones experience is what I experienced, but I will never in my entire life recommend IDC or buy another thing from them. They informed me that they could issue me a refund for the original ring amount, but they would have to do it by check... Lol. Its been a pretty pathetic experience to say the least. Like I said, my jewler was amazing and is one of the best guys I have ever met. However, the product and the overall atmosphere is pathetic.
