Dropped off a watch to have the crystal face replaced. Other than the scratch in the crystal the watch worked perfectly. To make a long story short, they returned the watch three and half months later in a non functioning state. Communication throughout the process was poor and the watch was actually dirty when I finally got it back. I now have to send the watch to the manufacturer to have it fixed, which I guess I should have done in the first place.

Not huge, but very nice shop. I cant remember the name of the girl I bought a ring for my wife from, but she was very nice and helpful. They werent pushy at all, and from what I gather they also do custom jewelry on any budget. The store also had some nice clocks (both small clocks and grandfather clocks). I went to several jewelry stores on the same day, and this was by far the best. Also, you cant ask for a better location than downtown Winter Garden.

My husband bought me a necklace for Christmas from this store. It wasnt quite my style so I exchanged it for a beautiful pair of pearl earrings. They were very helpful and low pressure sales. I have since trusted them to reset my engagement/wedding ring and diamond into a another setting. I think they have small town charm, great customer service and the ability to make some really gorgeous jewelry - if you want something a bit more custom.

I dropped off my Seiko Kinetic on Saturday for Alex to buff. He made it look BRAND NEW. He did an amazing job and I would recommend anyone to him. I am looking at having him manufacture a ring design that i like. I have had several friend that have had Alex produce their wedding rings, and they are extremely happy with him as well.
