Terrible customer service! My family and I were never greeted or acknowledged. There were two employees in there - an older gentleman and a black lady with curly hair. There was a couple at the computer to the right of the store. Both of the employees looked my way and never spoke to me. Waited for almost 10 minutes for assistance and was never assisted. There was no “I’ll be right there with you, give me a few seconds, welcome to Zales” NOTHING. I definitely wouldn’t shop here.

Read the fine print! My husband got me a ring and I hated it! They didt want to return it then said I had to wait 3 weeks for a check! He paid CASH that day!!! Completely unacceptable and trying to trade your ring up is next to impossible. Go to a real store and stay away from Zales Outlets.

Excellent customer service! I was able to look around without feeling pressured. When I did want to look at the rings they were very patient and helpful. I got a great anniversary ring for a great price. The most important thing is that my wife loved it. Thanks!!

Terrible customer service! It took forever to have them fill out paperwork for my ring to be repaired, and took 2 ladies. Then after 2 weeks of not hearing it was fixed, they never notified me it had been at their store for the past 10 days!!!
