I was blown away by the team in Bay Hill Jewelers! This is THEE place to come if you are looking for a professional team with out of this world attention to detail while being so very friendly. I came in with a challenging project - to make a gold & enamel pendant of a zebra on a rocking horse, it is a family crest, copying a design from an olympic-style medallion. My husband is Italian and his mother had gone to several jewelers from north to south Italy to try and make my piece of jewelry without success. So I walked into Bay Hill Jewelers and they were not only confident that they had the perfect person in mind to take on this project, they became even more excited than I to get it done and get it done beautifully! When they called me to come and collect the finished pendant I nearly cried ... it is PERFECT! It is a gorgeous one-of-a-kind treasure. This is an incredibly talented group of professional jewelers with heart.

My husband and I have been shopping with Stacey and her crew at Bay Hill Jewelers for years and have always had the best experiences! Recently we purchased a beautiful necklace for my grandmother for her birthday and the attention they gave us to find the perfect gift for her was incredible! We never felt pressured or rushed and they were patient with the three or four times we went in to ensure we had looked at everything and made the right decision! Years ago my husband had contacted Stacey to help come up with a special design for a necklace he could give me when he returned from a year in Iraq and the the result was stunning!!!! Amazing selection and service! Bay Hill Jewelers provides a great variety of rings to choose from. After looking at many rings shops in the area, I feel confident that I found the perfect style for an engagement ring at the right price. I got a great deal for both the band and the stone by taking advantage of their estate sale collection of diamonds. Their sales people are very good at explaining everything you need to know and really want you to have the best piece that’s meant for YOU. Amanda, Dawn and Jacqueline were wonderful to work with! They followed up with me personally via text if I had any questions and to let me know when my ring was ready for pickup. They even wished me good luck with the proposal. I was highly impressed with the quality of the finished product. And most importantly, she said YES! :)

I referred to Bay Hill Jewelers about getting a necklace repaired. What an amazing staff. Owner Stacey Papp and staff really take the time to listen to the customers wants, needs and desires. Harry is very impressive with some of his custom work but yet detailed in his repairs as well. While waiting on my repair it was great to watch her staff in action. Not only do they have jewelry from top designers, but the owner Stacey also designs custom made jewelry. Who doesnt love one of a kind pieces?
