If it was possible to give a zero star I would!! About 3 years ago me and my husband both bought our wedding rings at Zales with the all inclusive insurance coverage. One of the diamonds fell out of my ring and I went in to have them fix it so they shipped it off. After 3 weeks they called to have me pick it up and so I did, only to receive a completely ruined wedding ring!!! They replaced the diamond with a yellow diamond instead of champaign diamond thats the 1st problem, 2nd another small and different diamond is missing, 3rd my wedding ring was white gold and rose gold they replaced the rose gold with a BLACK lining!!!???? It didnt look like my wedding ring at all. I saw the manager and returned my ring he said it will also be taken care of. A month goes by I call and they say its ready for pick up, well geuss what I returned to the store and the problem was the exact same. I scheduled my second time with the manager only for him to promise again that he would personally handle this and it would be ready in a week or worst case scenario they can replace the ring ((well no thats not an option I made a memory dear to me with that ring replacing it is not an option)) , well geuss what its been a week called them only to tell me that my ring is not back and they cannot give me any details regarding my ring. I mean come on!!! People make mistakes thats fine but this is to the level of unprofessionalism. With something I made a life long happy memory and a commitment to my husband something I treasure this is unexceptable. My advice do not buy something you want to hold dear for a life time!!!! I am beyond furious and my next step is to make it public with my publications access!!!

The only reason this store got two stars instead of one is Ashley. She is the only good part about this store. I went to have my wedding and engagement rings sized and soldered together and after they were gone for 2 weeks, Ashley called and the soldering was completed but not polished and looked horrible so she advised they were sending them back. Another week goes by and I went to pick them up and when I get there, they hadnt been sized to be smaller. So Ashley went out of her way to get a one day sizing done and kept in contact with me the whole time, and was very sweet and I appreciated that. Now a week later, I am missing a diamond from the engagement ring! Another reviewer said after getting her rings back, she lost a diamond as well and I second that!!! I called the store and asked for Ashley and some rude man advised shes not there and was going to hang up on me until I started explaining what happened. When I explained the missing diamond now, he said "Well its got a warranty so just bring it in and well send it out again". (Im guessing this was the mean guy that was referenced in other reviews). He seems annoyed I was even calling. I will NEVER go back to this location. Ive been without my rings for a month and now I have to be without again due to their issues??? Will he going to the Zales at The Avenues where I see 5 Stars. But that you to Ashely for trying her best always. You are appreciated

This is a tough review to write because I dont have anything against the company but the service at this location lacked. My wife and I just moved here from Orlando and took some things in for the by annual inspection. The woman who helped us was great. I didnt get her name but she was an older woman who helped us quickly and politely. But during the same visit I brought a watch I had bought less than a year ago that had lost a pin. I asked the gentleman if they had a new pin to fix it, he was very distant and blew me off with a "call Invicta, we dont do that". Our old Zales in orlando always greeted us by name and were very polite so this was unusual. This time we felt dismissed because we were young and told them we just wanted inspections done. My wife went to Orlando the following week and stopped by the old Zales with the watch, they paid to have a watch repair store in the mall fix it no questions asked. Same product, different level of service to the point where I called the store in Orlando today and spent close to $600 because Id rather give them the business.

FRAUD & also RUDE!!! I bought a LIFETIME battery for a watch several years ago, it has been replaced twice before & went to replace it again. I walk in and the man tells me they only service watches that they sell & no longer sell a LIFETIME service, i say that i dont need to buy one but have one already. He acts snotty & says he can try looking it up.....what a surprise, im not in the system any longer. He says he wont replace unless i have docs. Really, a $30 receipt from 5 yrs ago, are you fing kidding me, then says he can replace it for $15, HAH! ZALES will NEVER EVER make another shitty penny off of me!

So my girlfriend and I went to exchange earrings that we bought at a different Zales. The store manager by the name of Ricky Wilke, greeted us immediately and was very friendly. He wasnt pushy and he made small talk which made the whole experience better. We were very pleased and will be coming back in the future. We will also be contacting corporate to say how wonderful Ricky was. I highly recommend this Zales to anyone.

Me and my future wife went shopping for rings and the experience was awesome. Josh and Hannah actually helped my wife find something she would love instead of trying to just sell us a ring. Josh was very knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. HANNAH made a connection with my wife to help her choose what looked better for her. I never shopped at Zales but I will again becuase of them.

Terrible customer service from Linda. She was rude and criticized my engagement ring when I brought it in for resizing (because it wasnt a traditional diamond). The computers are always not working when shes there too. I will be going to another location. If you go to this location, I highly recommend asking for help from any other associate.

I did not have the same experience as others apparently. I was immediately greeted at the door and given assistance. I found a beautiful bracelet that my wife loved as her Christmas present, and it was well under what I thought I might spend. This place is half the size of Jared but was 90% less crowded and actually had nice stuff.

This location is awful mostly because the older gentleman that works here its very rude. Only reason we go in is for insurance upkeep on all the jewelry we bought there in years past... will not be buying anything from this store and wouldnt recommend anyone else does either.

Bought a new ring here a year ago and have had to have it repaired 4 times in the last year. Besides the inconvenience of the repair, most of the repairs were done incorrectly and had poor and cheap workmanship. I wont be purchasing anything else from Zales.
