I LOVE Sands Company Jewelers! I shopped at no less than 12 different places to buy my future wife her engagement ring. The staff here is by far the best to work with! They make customer service their number one priority and really take their time to help you get the most bang for you buck. I never felt pressured to buy nor did it feel like a "sales" environment like you get with the big chain stores. The center stone I got was larger than I thought I could afford and I didnt have to sacrifice on cut, clarity, color or most importantly my budget. The setting was exactly what I hoped to find after doing months of research online and on pinterest. If you dont see the perfect ring at the store they will custom make one for you to your exact specifications! I will definitely be recommending my friends to go see Steve and his staff. Thank you guys for everything you did for me!! Congratulations on winning the award for 2016 Best Designer Jewelry on Cleveland Hotlist. Keep up the great work

I have been going to Sands Jewelers for about 10 years now and no matter the reason I am there, everyone is courteous, friendly and very professsional. The store has an interesting atmospere of a fine jewelers and a rock shop combined. They have not only diamonds and saphires but, interesting pieces made with minerals and fossils. Outstanding customer service; very knowledgeable but just genuinly nice people. My wife and I both had custom wedding rings made to our specs that still get complements all the time. We dont wear other jewlery often but whenever we want a new piece this is the only place we go! Purchased everything from custon earrings & necklaces to braceletts for gifts everything is A1 quality.
