I went to Robert and Gabriel in May 2012 to buy an engagement ring for my longtime girlfriend. Suzie worked tirelessly with me and was extremely helpful in picking out a ring and educating me about all the areas of diamonds, rings, and everything else. When it came time for my fiancee and I to get our wedding rings, we had moved away from Cleveland but R&G was still our first call. Although it was more complicated because we were only occasionally in town, Suzie and Bruce went out of their way to help us out. We finally chose what rings we wanted, but had to leave the next day to return home. They were able to resize our rings, resize the engagement ring, and engrave the wedding rings, all by the next morning. Besides the service, the rings themselves are gorgeous and we love them. My fiancee couldnt be happier and they worked with us to keep it under our budget, Overall, I couldnt recommend Bruce, Suzie, and everyone else at Robert and Gabriel high enough.

My husband has spent a fortune at this store, and what a mistake that was. The sales staff is not knowledgeable of their products, they are rude, and I wouldnt go back if you paid me. I am tired of crappy customer service, especially when you are spending thousands of dollars. This place has a lot to learn about customer service, and quite frankly, I wouldnt send my worst enemy there.

Broke a pin that holds my watch band on so figured Id also poke around for my wifes birthday next week and kill 2 birds here. A simple 5 minute fix with a dollar part...not so here. They wanted me to leave the watch because "searching for a pin was going to take to much time". So, ok, Ill go elsewhere.

I had a fantastic experience with the employees here, they spent a lot of time working with me even though my purchase was small. They were very helpful working within my budget and really went out of their way to ensure I had a beautiful ring at a great price. I cannot recommend this store enough!

They do a great job finding what you need, not what they think you need. Everytime I have ever shopped here I have come out with exactly what I had wanted to get. They have outstanding pieces there and they also do an outstanding job working on existing pieces. Highly recommended!

They seem to use bait and switch technics to sell you more expensive stuff then you need so be careful - otherwise product and prices are same as pretty much everywhere else. I will not come back.
