Summary*Dont shop here! At least for perishable foods. If they arent bad when you buy them, they are bad 1 to 2 days after bringing them home. The only reason behind 2 stars is the staff, who are usually friendly when I check out, but not very helpful on the floor. Produce has been moldy the last 5 times I have gone. I usually give a place a 3 strike rule, but I used to really like using this safeway because it was so close to my house. However, I just cant shop here anymore. Every single time I have been here over the last month and a half, whether its produce molding, or the yogurt being out dated by almost a week, or the beef looking really old and brown, something is always bad on the shelves. The proper rotation of goods at this store just doesnt exist. I like to be able to trust my local grocery store to not make me sick if Im in a rush and not paying attention to which package Im grabbing. (And I definitely dont feel good about spending over 500 a month on food that just goes bad in a couple days.) That trust is no longer there, so Ill be shopping 25 mins away just to be sure Im getting fresh foods that didnt expire last week, so my kids and I dont get food poisoning, or my shake in the morning doesnt have an extra helping of mold.

Peaceful environment, no long lines I purchase almost all my food and drink needs here. Store has never been crazy overpacked when I go. Really nice shopping experience compared to other stores in the area. Quality flowers here at reasonable prices. I buy all my flowers here for special occasions for over 5 years and they last. The only thing I do not buy here is the meat products. The just dont offer them in convenient packaging for the modern family. Please Safeway when it comes to the meat packaging pay attention to your competition they doing it right. Change this and u have all my business. Thank you

Pros of Safeway: -Nice, clean store -Much shorter lines than Frys -Less crowded= less headache Cons of Safeway -Employees are impossible to find if you need help -Once you find an employee, they never know where anything is. One guy just told me "Um, we must not carry it" instead of going to ask. Of course, they had it but he was too lazy. -Higher prices than Frys If you just need a few items go to Safeway, but if you want to save money and dont mind waiting in longer checkout lines go to Frys.

Sweeps are never done, garbage in multiple carts, I always manage to get a messed up cart, checkers are not friendly. Customer service has a bad attitude dealing with customers. The bathroom is dirty consistently. When I told the manager about the bathroom, he immediately told a bagger and the bagger gave him attitude about it right in front of me. Dust on product. Mislabeled aisles. Very disappointed with this Safeway.

This use to be my favorite place to shop, but now there is no more self check out. It took me 20 minutes to go through the 15 items or less line with only 4 people in front of me. (I timed it) The wait is ridiculous now. This isnt the first time thats happened. Im done! Frys is much cheaper and has better service right across the street. Sorry Safeway you lost more than one customer in this household.

Its nothing that Safeway can improve however their customer base need to understand what Express line means. Be courteous have your payment method ready and have under 15 items. Nothing is more frustrating than being in line with two items while the three people in front of you have clearly not passed math class and act like theyre getting paid by the hour to conduct the transaction.

Best safeway in America. Managers and supervisors are the best. Recommend this store. If they are out of ad items..the mgr will offer substitute and or rainchecks. Product such as meat, bakery and produce exceeds expectations. Their main focus is customer satisfaction. *****************************

Prices are not the best but the selection is decent and the place is clean. Cashier lanes could be faster and why can I never get a signal in this place?!? Safeway, its time to share the wifi or deploy a cellular signal extender so I dont have to step outside to download your digital coupons.

I know its christmas but if you say your open till 3 pn on Christmas then dont lock your doors at 7 minutes till you cant clear the store by 3 p.m. If youre open until 3 p.m. I carefully called and they locked us out before it was close

I always feel like this Safeway is understaffed but I think 2 lanes open really is enough for the level of traffic they have. Its not nearly as busy as the Frys across the street which is nice. The flower selection is always top notch.

Like that its cleaner and less crowded but need more cashier help. Sometimes just want to be in and out but they always only have one lane open and get backed rather quickly and a 2 minute visit ends up being 30.

My experience at this store is always very good...... But today the black lady in the deli wish I would got her name if you dont want to work GO HOME!!!! AND ANDRE HE can go home to he just about got it ......

Like this store but every time I go there to send money the employee has a bad attitude and he is not patient with me. I believe his name was John. Always shop here for everything but never for sending money

This store is very clean and always offers a great selection of products. Something that I need is almost always on sale, which is nice. And there is a Starbucks at this location - bonus!!!!!

This safeway does not have alot of help. The check out lines take forever. The express line is suppose to be fast nope not here.
