Ive been a loyal customer of Sallys for years but I will no longer be because of this location. A few weeks ago they suddenly decided they wont take exchanges without a receipt. Their excuse: "thats always been our policy". Thats funny because I exchange stuff (unused) all the time without hassle and I spend a lot of money in this place regularly. Hey Sallys, just so you know, your competition takes exchanges no questions asked. Ill be shopping at Ulta where they guarantee all of their products.

Was ok but very small for what I am used to, also wasnt really greeted when walking in and wasnt asked if needed help. I asked for an item and dont know what I was talking about but when showing me what they had the item was sitting right there so misinformed as well.

The ladys here are amazing and have great customer service especially a woman named Niah she was able to convince me to buy things I did not know I needed but wanted to try, and signed me up for a Sallys card, great product and great store

The girls working here are always rude. I went in today and was asking about a certain product I guess they dont carry. When she told me no she was snarky and rude. Sorry I asked you about products, not like its your job or anything..
