Honestly have been going here since I moved into the area, and went to purchase some late night food for my girlfriend and myself, and decided to purchase alcohol and the cashier asked for both of our IDs which ive never had been asked this for the past year of shopping there. So I decided to drive home and drop off our food and returned to the store to purchase the alcohol and the employee that just had the register opened turn off her light and told me I would have to go to another register and blew me off as I pointed to the alcohol that was right infront of her and she just ignored my remark and walked away. I understand its late in the evening but do not be rude to a customer that just returned no less then 5 minutes ago to be a snob to them. I will never return to this store because of this single employee. The employee was a short hispanic woman. Best of luck Safeway with treating your customers like this, youre sure to lose plenty of customers.

I will comment and rate on one experience but this review is for all my experiences that i have had with this safeway. The most unhelpful and obviously misserable employees i have ever encounter. Not only that they refuse to engage with me at the checkout making it awkward everytime. There has been multiple times the cashiers had conversations with each other bashing a customer prior to me. 1 special one even went as far as to make obscene racial jokes, it was bad. Dont bother going to management about it they are even less responsive and take little notice to anybody inside their store. Past all the rude and horrible customer service specialist they have their prices suck compared to Frys and Walmart. Truly the only reason why Ive been here is because of pure convenience of time and I regret it every time. I dont know if Safeway cares about their customers but if they did the store would definitely need an over Hall.

This is the best grocery store Ive ever been too! Flowers are always fresh and has a beautiful floral department, Has great produce, shelves and end caps look neat, deli is clean, bakery looks like they have a professional bakery department and last but not least the staff is very kind and willing to help! There are lots of things to pick at any where you go like the other reviews but every store has things to improve on and this store does their best!

The store manager and his crew along with the department heads and workers have created an unusually fine store.The store is immaculate, well merchandised, the employees are very friendly and helpful.. I have shopped in Safeways for 70 years and have never seen a single store that compares to this one in total dedication to serving the public in the highest possible manner. Congratulation for a job beautifully done.

Prior issues with the meat department. Ive offered several complaints to corporate and corporate had to take care of the problem with the meat selection that was available at the Safeway. Regular stock of items inside the store seem to change so frequently that if you did have a favorite it would not be available also very limited amount of choices in reference to various vegetables and fruits

1.Dont guess how to pronounce my last name! STOP IT ALL TOGETHER! 2. The food is separated by many rows of non food items in the center. I dont like this. If you miss somthing you are walking back and forth the length of the store several times. Fix these things. I drive miles out of my way to go to Frys to avoid these annoyances.

I dont get where all the bad reviews are coming from. The employees (even the managers) at this store are great, but they have to follow Safeways guidelines. Ive never had a problem at this store, other than the odd layout. All the problems stated here seem to small. Take it to corporate if you want change.

Wow this was the most awful Safeway experience I have ever had. They are completely understaffed and do not understand the meaning of true customer service. The managers are TERRIBLE. They treated me with no sympathy after I had encountered an issue at the register. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Stop in to get a gallon of gas and the pump charged my card $125.00 for the $3.00 of gas I will never youre store again this is why I by my fuel for my taxi at Quick Trip they dont do out outrageous stuff like this on the Fuel islands all was fast and acute never a over charge .

What a joke. Ribs clearly displayed and marked as "buy 1 get 2 free. Get to the register and then told they didnt have the sticker. Needless to say they didnt honor their own sale. Not to mention the mgr was rude about it. Keep your ribs, you lost my business.

A product, we use to buy ALL the time was "Chicken Kiev" single packages .99, in the open counter by the meat dept in which the meat cutter said, they only come in a box of 2 for $5.00. Well my husband & l, NO LONGER SHOP at Safeway for our groceries anymore!

very rude & unfriendly staff- very rude employee DAWN RIGGINS-liqour dept staff are cluess on products & bakery staff/cake decorator do not wear gloves to make & prepare cakes,breads etc..very unhygenic!

Although they generally "run out" of sale items and you cant get wi fi without walking up to the Starbucks, the store is usually not very busy so I can get in and out Roth the few items I but here.

Not happy, hubby went to buy soda on sale 3/12. But beer is not included w total price. So he said wont be shopping here again. At frys the beer, soda is always totaled for sale prices

The staff is always willing to answer any questions, help you find an item, and give out rain checks or substitute a sale item if they are out. The customer service there is great

This is your typical grocery store we use it because its close to the house other than that theyre not very well priced. The bathrooms are always an issue never cleaned.

The store is decent but small. Produce is usually very good and the bakery section is great. There never enough checkers and the lines are always long. No self-checkout.

My local grocer with nice people. The only downside is the lines can get to be long with few registers open.
