In my crazy life I tend to be absent minded. At this location I have gotten to the check stand, had everything rung up, and then realized I didnt have my money with me on more then one occasion.. Im not proud of that fact and feel like a complete idiot admitting it lol, but on those occasions the cashiers and managers have been extremely understanding and even have offered to roll my card into the freezer while I run back home to grab my payment. And then just today, I accidentally locked my keys in the trunk of my pos car while loading groceries. Management was promt at grabbing the items I requested to aid me in "breaking in to" my own car. Management was so helpful and understanding, they even offered to exchange my frozen and refrigerated groceries! Thankfully I didnt need to do that thanks to their prompt help supplying me with a wire hanger lol. I am so grateful that they were willing to help me in that way! Thanks from the bottom of my heart Sprouts store #12!

Love Sprouts but this store turned me off today. The deli section had about 30-40 pre sliced bundles of cold cuts/ deli meat. There was a few flys landing and taking off of the meats. There was three associates laughing and having a great time but no one thought of wrapping or covering the meats. On top of that I got 2 pounds of cold cuts and it took 25 minutes to actually cut my meats. The manager did not seem concerned at the time. Still love sprouts but bad experience !

Although going to Sprouts (or any store for that matter) during the holiday season is usually something I dread. My visit was actually a pleasant one! Parking lot was a mess but once inside I was impressed! They were stocked and everything was fresh as always! The employees are always helpful and polite, which is always a plus these days! Sprouts is my preferred place to shop for healthy fresh food! The only con would be there are not enough stores! Hint hint

For the past 3 years I have gotten ground pork shoulder from them to make the traditional sausage for Christmas Eve dinner for all of our family and friends. This year I ordered 50 pounds (yes 50) and as usual, they were awesome! I will be a customer for life! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If only other companies would catch on to that concept!

Sprouts needs to be a nation wide chain... best deals on produce, a stellar meat market, and a great selection of trending boxed foods... its a great mid-sized market between trader joes and whole foods... but less expensive than either. Make sure to check whats on sale because thats where this gem really shines.

This is a popular chain, offering a good selection of produce, healthy grocery options, and fish and meats (including a variety of "in house" sausages. Look for their weekly specials. The Surprise store is spacious and well laid out, but suffers from difficult access from Bell Road.

I love Sprouts! Excellent dairy free, gluten free, and vegan options, as well as amazing prices on fresh produce. We always get produce here, and can get a weeks worth of fruits and veggies for around $15 - thats includes the recommended 7 servings of fruits and veggies a say.

The best Sprouts location I have been to. Anthony and Mark (managers) are the nicest people, always available at the front of the store and always ask if they can help with anything. Great personalities, and both take the effort to remember you and get to know you.

I like Sprouts. Great fruits and veggies. Prices are usually very competitive. Service is usually good. Easy to find your way around. However, avoid Wednesdays. It is double ad day and the place tends to be a zoo. Not worth the relatively small savings for me.

Sent my son in to get us sandwiches and they are usually very good with great portions. I usually only eat half of my tuna sandwich but today it was not very good. Tuna was a little dry and the barely put any on it was like eating just the bread. So sad.

They have strangely inexpensive prices for organic fruits and vegetables and grass fed beef etc. Just good prices for items you would normally pay alot for at your regular mid level grocery stores. Good service, as well.

Sprouts is a nice health centered store. They carry both food and non food items. They have a decent selection of supplements also. Best of all is the weekly specials. Shop their ad for the best produce prices around!
