I have been a customer of Remedy since the day they opened. Today will be the last day I ever shop there. I went in to buy cognac thinking it would take me no longer then 5 to 10 mins. Instead I waited 30 min and left with nothing. The guy at the register was helping someone that couldnt make up his mind. I dont mind when someone is being helped but this guy paid his total and kept going back to get more products 3 times after. The guy at the register obviously can see i am 9 months pregnant with a 4 year old. He could have told him to go back in line if he wanted to buy additional item. I told the register guy that I was going to sit down and to let me know when my turn comes up. After 20 mins my turn comes, i choose to buy Hennessy for $130.00. the guy asks if i will be paying cash i said sure if i can get a discount, he gives me a total of $150.00. I ask why my total is $150 it doesnt make sense. So i decided to pay with a credit card. he tells in after waiting 30 mins that they are only accepting cash and that his credit card machine is not working. COME ON! How about putting a sign at the door or by the register. He made a pregnant women wait 30 to tell her that their only form of payment was cash. I dont believe for a minute that their machine wasnt working. My total should have been $130 + 11.70 tax= $141.70. I dont know what stunt was tried to be played on me but i will no longer be buying from this store. We spent on an average year 10,000.00 in alcohol purchases for client gifts. I will be looking for another store who will gladly take my business.

Seems to have amazing inventory unfortunately I never got my order I guess there is only one customer service person which turned out to be more of a problem than a problem solver. Apparently there is some sort of shipping policy they seemed to make up after the delivery person delivered to the wrong address. They would not resend it even after the shipping company told them they would be reimbursed for the order. I eventually got a refund but obviously I would have much rather got the liquor i ordered for my party.

Long wait on service and check out. Had clients in from Mexico City that made several multimillion dollar commercial real estate dealings. We put together a celebratory cocktail reception to celebrate the closing of these deals. An individual from our firm suggested this liquor store based on its ratings, location, and the variety of liquor the store offered. We were disappointed as the store lack customer service and it took to long to check out.

The staff at Remedy Liquors are incredibly friendly and helpful. They knew exactly what I was looking for and even made suggestions for my next visit. The interior of the store is really nice and it feels like Im at a swanky night club. I highly recommend coming in and getting all your liquor cabinet needs because not only is it affordable, the staff are super amazing.

Outstanding service and price with great hard to find wine selection. Recently ordered 10 bottles hard to find wine and to my suprise order shipped 1 day reasonable shipping price fedex and they communicated with me about shipping confirmation. Wine was shipped perfectly secure and arrived on time. Will definitely order online with them again soon. Highly recommended.

I drive a little further just to get to Remedy. A buddy of mine helps me work on my motorcycle, so I like to thank him with some top-of-the-line tequila, and Remedy has all the best stuff, at prices 10%-20% less than even BevMo. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to help or offer advice.

This place is amazing!! Go in for a sampling or just be amazed at the luxurious surroundings! Dont be surprised there are some very expensive items here BUT you wont find Patron silver Sauza silver any cheaper. This is my new liquor store...Try it out...You will be amazed!!

This place has the best prices and shipping is great. However, Ive made 3 online purchases and Ive had to cancel 3 cards due to fraud. Im certain the fraud is due to this merchant. Please be aware and take proper caution if you decide to purchase online with this company.
