Update 03/16/2017 Had an issue with my first car payment. I was told that as long as I add additional money to down payment within 60 days that my payments would be adjusted. Only to find out that the first payment is only adjusted if you add the money a week before that payment. So safe to assume I was highly upset. I called the dealership and they connected me with Bridgecrest, the bank I financed through. Of course the bank didnt care and in fact the supervisor was like oh well. So I hung up with both parties. Jason the GM from Drive time called me back and I wouldnt let him talk at first. Especially when Im mad I just go into offense mode. Jason was nice enough to work out a deal when he didnt have to. Ive been screwed over by a couple dealerships, so for him to do what he did was a blessing. This is the first car dealer I went to that actually cares about helping the customer and righting the wrongs. So I wanted to update my review to reflect this. Thank you 02/20/217 Quickest car buying experience Ive been through. I love my new car and staff was great. Tom stayed later just to get me in a car. Approved for a low down payment and my credit wasnt the best. So far my car has been great and if I run into any issues Ill update my review!

I love these guys !!!! They work with you to the fullest , theyre not like every other car dealers you go in and try to scheme you, or try to make you go wayy out of budget when you first came in and tell them the price range youre trying to stay in. My Salesman George , Along with his workers Jason ,Ryan , and Travis were incredible. I came in and told George my dream car a Genesis is what i wanted. He told me they dont really get them in at their location and if they should they go by very fast cause they are freaking popular !! But they do have other locations , so i went and did my research. I found my baby at two o clock in the morning when i was browsing their other locations in florida by the way theyre more then just fl. went back into the store sat down with George he broke it down to me what i was going to need in order to get my baby, I was a pain in the neck but he made everything easy for me and REALLY REALLY WORKED WITH ME ON MY BUDGET . He wasnt pushy like all the other car salesman when you approach them. We closed at the end of the month, and I am now driving my dream car that id prefer to pay off and drive and i am loving it. Seriously you guys wont be disappointed. Check them out.

What a nice surprise. Scott, Vlad, Ryan, and Travis were very helpful, very respectful, the experience was actually PLEASANT. They asked a few questions about my situation, I was honest, they ran some numbers, then Scott asked me what sort of car me and my family needed. He was soon showing me six vehicles, we did some test drives, and I went home that night with paperwork for my top two options. No pressure whatsoever. I discussed with my wife, Ryan helped me with some paperwork over the phone, and two days later I was back at their clean and relaxed dealership to make my selection. Vlad helped me during my second visit, Travis got my payments and terms where I was comfortable with no disputes. Then I stood and talked about high school sports with the staff for 30 minutes after I had the keys in my hands. Im a 48-year-old man, this is my 8th car, and it was the most comfortable vehicle purchase I have ever made. There was NO pressure whatsoever. Honestly, if you have a steady income but you are suffering some credit issues, there is no other place you should visit. And you should specifically visit this store. Great team.

Amazing! Jason Sutton and Vlad were phenomenal.... Picture this....Its Friday 7 p.m. insurance company closes in 1 hour and is closed on Saturday.... Your other vehicle must be returned on saturday.... Which leaves you with less than one hour in which to purchase a vehicle and have it put on your insurance..... Can it be done??!! Yess!!!!! This company blew our mind away. We had 800 to put down... No one else around was willing to work with our credit and only 800 down. We were stressed to the max but knew God would make a way....and sure enough....drivetime it was! We are so pleased with their no games attitude and their desire to really help you.... There was no run around...no gimmics!! And we had three kids there!!! They were so welcoming and helpful! And we are extremely pleased with our vehicle and the warranty!! We had just gotten a car that was a dud and the dealership was letting us return it...we were stressed to the max... Drivetime offered us wonderful customer service...no hassle.... And a reliable vehicle for our family.

All I have to say is excellent, excellent, excellent. Vladimir Petit-Homme & Ryan Hickey are absolutely amazing. They helped me with all my automobile needs. They even helped me find an amazingly afforable, reliable insurance for my car, which is amazing considering that Im so young. Im so satisfied with the service I have received. The great thing is, they dont mind staying way late past closing to make sure you get to drive off the lot! That is amazing customer service! Another great thing about them, is how thorough they are with weighing out options and going over all the contracts and warranties and all that great mumbo-jumbo you have to do and sign when you buy a car. I really feel like they genuinely listened to what I was looking for and what I needed and they did everything they could to make it happen. Vlad and Ryan are definitely my go-to people there, but from what Ive seen EVERYONE there is great :) I got all perks of a large dealership, but a steal price! Im so happy. Vlad and Ryan are the definition of the "DREAMTEAM"

I walked out of this dealership and i thought i was happy...a few days into having this vehicle Im having to spend money i shouldnt have to be spending. 1. They cant tell me and dont know when the last time this car was serviced. It supposedly went though some sort of an inspection (yeah ok) now less than a week into having the vehicle i have to spend $75.00 ON AN OIL CHANGE and god knows what other fluids need filled. Secondly the vehicle didnt come with an owners manual which i will have to dish out around $90 for. Lastly, spending $33,668.75 on a vehicle that didnt come with floor mats is absolutely ridiculous! Now i have to dish out an additional $100plus for floor mats! Im not happy an until this matter is fixed, i will continue with the bad reviews both word of mouth and viva internet.

Car broke down on the test drive and then the salesman took his key and began stabbing at the gear shift which has left my gear shift area all scared up.... We were broken down for at least 30 minutes on a back road in Fort Myers and then when I tried to cancel my $4000 added on insurance the following day of purchase the guy that answered my call said that the manager said for me to cancel online unless I wanted to be there all night again. I was there all night because my car broke down and then auto zone took an hour to replace the battery. It is now a month later and I am still paying for my added on insurance that I was told was at no extra charge. Program is awesome for people struggling with credit issues or trying to build but the team I worked with and am still working with is a joke.
