Absolutely the best large purchase experience EVER! Jonathan was fun, friendly and extremely helpful with knowledge of our vehicle and the process. Jason in Finance did all he could to get us the best possible financing option. There were a couple other sales occurring at the same time as ours and it was such a light hearted family-oriented experience that no one minded a little down time while the process was working. We had our 7 year old daughter with us and the sales staff engaged her and kept her involved and even entertained. Something parents are very grateful for when they have to have their children along for a potentially difficult and lengthy experience for anyone especially children. Would definitely return for another purchase. Wide variety of vehicles to choose from with a clean spacious lot.

I dont know that I will ever go anywhere else to buy a used car again! The guys at the Charleston lot were awesome. They arent your typical car salesmen. I genuinely believe that they are there to help you purchase a car, not push you into buying something you dont want or need. I am cautious and cynical, but they were patient and helped me through the whole process. The biggest plus is that my credit is good, but not outstanding, and yet they are the only place that could get me financed for a decent monthly payment. I love my car and like I said in the beginning, I dont think Ill ever go anywhere else for used cars!

Enterprise Car Sales is different. You dont have the crazy stuff that you see in most dealers. Youre not pressured to buy the car. They talk to you about the car, show you the car but if its not the right one, no problem. The sales person sat down with me first and asked what kind of car I was looking for; what features I liked in my current car; and what features I did want in a new car but could be flexible if they had something that met all the other criteria. He also asked what my ideal payment would be. From there I got the car I was looking for.

Best car Buying experience , that I have ever had! Please ask for William Jordan Tyler !!! I applied online and got a call to come in and take a test drive. I was surprise how quickly the process was with no pressure! I purchased a car with 22,000 miles on it and the next day discovered the air conditioner was not blowing right. It was taken car of immediately and I was given a rental. Enterprise was out of rentals during the day, so the manager gave me his new 2017 Pathfinder to drive til mine was fixed. I love my car and the customer service!!!!!

I bought a 2014 Nissan Altima from Enterprise Car Sales by Patrick Street in October, 2015. I had a few financing issues buying in my name only and not being established...having no credit. They worked with me, and for me, helping me to buy my beautiful new car. The service throughout the process was great. My car is wonderful. I would buy from them again, I would send my family and friends to them and I will vouch for the service I received and the quality of my "used" brand new to me car. Loved the entire experience from beginning to end! Very friendly and not pushy. Came to the dealership expecting I could only afford a small vehicle, left the dealership with the 2016 Hyundai Sonata and still under my budget, practically new and low on the mileage. Loved my sales lady Erika. I had to go back because of confusion on my part and they quickly fixed it.I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends, and come back your way way down the road when I need a new vehicle.

I have never been disappointed with this Branch of Enterprise....The service has always been excellent. Vehicles always clean and ready to go....The Branch Manager (Aaron M.) is fantastic to work with. I rent on a semi regular basis....so I can safely take my elderly Mom out on the weekends. I always choose not only Enterprise but I also choose the 2nd Avenue location....

Friendly, helpful sales and finance staff. Sometimes buying a car can be stressful and a hassle. This experience was neither. Even our lending institution said most people purchasing from Enterprise are pleased with their purchase and feel secure in their confidence in the multi-point inspection and warranty.
