This store is so terribly understaffed and the female associates seem to hate their jobs and customers. Two people left today while I was standing in line. Both customers had single items but still. The front register never seems to be open and the register by the cutting station is the one that is available so one person cuts fabric and trim and the same person rings up. Today, Sunday, the line was very long. A very nice young man was at the cash register and a seasoned rep pretended to be of assistance by bagging one and two items for customers. This is not Jewel Food store and a bagger is not necessary. Please make yourself more useful and open another cash register. I also had a clearance item that was marked "Clearance" and had a price of .97 cents on it. it was a piece of trim and it was in the Clearance bin. After waiting forever, the young man did not know how to ring it up so asked for assistance from the "bagger". She told me it was mismarked and was not .97 cents but over $5.00. I did purchase it but the more I think about it, the more upset I become with the store and the employee. It was marked with a clearance tag and was in the clearance bin. This store needs help. It has a lot of merchandise but the customer service is deplorable. This sales associate should have honored the price tag of .97 cents. What do you think?

Have to give 5-stars because of the outstanding staff. Each and every store employee I have talked to has been so helpful and kind. I read a review about checking out being moved to the back, and this is so they can be as efficient as possible to keep things moving along. This location appears tiny on the outside but there is quite a selection of fabric for such a small store. I definitely recommend visiting this Joanns before traveling to a larger store, you wont regret it.

Not only do you wait in long lines but they take your payment in the back of the store and my phone wont bring up coupons back there. They never know whats on sale, do I always have to go to the front if the store to look at their ads, then take it to the back of the store to show them! I love the store in Woodridge but live within 2 minutes of the Wheaton store.

NOTE: This store is actually at Danada Square West. The employees here have such upbeat, warm, and charming personalities. They will really make your day. I also love the selection of products available at this location. If you dont find exactly what youre looking for, chances are good youll find something similar or something else that will perk your interests!

Friendly and helpful staff. The store is super small, so not a huge selection of fabric. They always have what I need, though. If they dont have what Im looking for, I go a bit farther away to the huge Joann fabrics on route 59 by Fox valley mall.

Good place to go to if you need something crafty quickly. It was a bit disappointing when we tried using our coupon and the item we purchased was already on sale. Wasnt much of a sale. Still, all in all a pleasant experience.

This is a smaller joann fabrics. Depending on your needs this store may suit you. It doesnt offer to much but it does offer the essentials for crafting.
