This is my go to joann fabrics if I go to Joanns. I have shopped this store for 8 years. It is one of the larger ones in the area. There is a lot of selection and most of the items are usually in stock. It is a good place to go for your general craft needs. I prefer to go elsewhere for my fabric selections because the fabric at Joanns falls more into the crafting quality but if you are on a budget or making costumes this store is a good store for that. Be prepared most associates wont offer advice on pairings and most do not have an extensive knowledge with the items. I have been to other stores where the employees knew a wealth of information about the fabric and notions but all of the Joanns I have been to I have not seen people like that. Do your research first before coming to the store. I dont typically ask for help but I see it everytime I am there.

I recently went in looking for some fabric for a Christmas project. I spoke to three different people looking for guidance, and none of them were very helpful. They gave me bare minimum responses and didnt really try to understand my project before sending me off down the aisles. One woman was even rude to my daughter. Ill chalk it up to holiday madness and chaos, but I ended up leaving and going to Hobby Lobby instead.

I approached the register today with a very large order of holiday decorative boxes and Kitty was so sweet and friendly and attentive and packaged all of my boxes in huge bags so that they wouldnt get wet from the rain. I had a bad experience with an online order earlier today and her customer service made up for it, ten times. Thank you for your kindness today!

This is my favorite craft store. Michaels doesnt have the selection I like, and I avoid Hobby Lobby on moral grounds; so Jo-Ann is a nice find for me. Im usually here buying painting or woodworking supplies, sometimes food decorating material. Staff is friendly, they offer a veteran discount, and if you sign up they email lots of coupons/discounts.

We were referred to this Jo-Ann Fabrics because they had a bigger selection of picture frames than the Joann on Roosevelt. The signage in the store was excellent. However, they did not have what we were looking for. I would recommend that they have somewhere for the non-shoppers to sit.

I just went in there today to grab some fabric and all 3 interactions with different employees were horrible.. The women were very rude to me.. If you hate your job get a new one. I am unfortunately taking my business elsewhere.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is clean and organized. Prices can be expensive, but if you sign up for their mobile or online coupons you will get many great discounts.
