This location is perpetually short-staffed. I just left, and there was onky one poor elderly woman working the fabric cutting counter. There was a line of about 6 - 7 people, and her scanner to make the checkout tickets stopped working. She called on her radio for help, but no one could come over. Doing what she could, she wrote up the ticket on a piece of paper for me to give to the cashier. I then waited several minutes to be rung up, as there was only one cashier. When Lynn, whom I presume to be the shift manager, showed up to help with the checkout line, she demanded to know WHO wrote up the ticket info on a scratch paper. I told her the lady cutting the fabric. She then called over her radio that WHOEVER was writing up the tickets needed to AT LEAST use the proper form -- not scratch paper. And they need to go get a "handheld" from the back. She was really rather abrasive and snarky about it. Well, Ive worked retail many a year, and I know how things go. I told Lynn that that poor woman was awfully backed up, and no one came to help. And, there really wasnt a way for her to leave the area. I was really disappointed to be witness to Lynns behavior. However, Lynn pretended to not hear my comment, and "pleasantly" wished me a good evening. Well, then as I was walking out with my purchase, I felt bad that the poor overwhelmed elderly woman working the fabric counter was suffering such abuse, and I wanted to give my feedback to the main office. I Googled their customer support line, but they are closed after 6pm CST. I suppose customers dont need them after that time. There was also no opportunity to leave a voice message. I continued to search the website for an email address. Nope. Not one there... However there is an address to which you may send a letter. Quaint. So, I dont suspect the corporate office does Internet searches or social media, but I think customers should know what kind of company and management they are supporting when they shop at this location. Hopefully, other Joanne stores are better than this one.

I made my first trip to this Jo-Ann location earlier today as I needed some supplies that I was unable to find at Michaels or Hobby Lobby. This is the largest store Ive been to, the one in my hometown is easily only 1/3 of the size. There is fabric all over the place, home decor, flowers, baking, jewelry making...a little bit of everything. Their prices do seem higher than Id normally like to pay, but when you need something and dont have any other options you kind of have to. I downloaded the app and used a 20% off coupon that saved me a few bucks on my purchase and brought everything down to a more reasonable price. I still prefer Hobby Lobby, but if youre going for a large fabric selection, Jo-Ann would be my suggestion.

There is always a massive variety of supplies here. Ive been shopping at this location for ten years and Im never disappointed. A huge variety of fabric, and the ladies at the cutting desk are always cheery. If you want floral variety, go to Michaels next door. If you want dollhouse accessories, go to Hobby Lobby across the street. These three are my crafting staples. Hobby Lobby is good for price but they never have the same amount of variety as Joanns. Joanns jewelry-making supplies are also more varied and expansive than either Michaels or Hobby Lobby. Bring your phone with your coupons here and theyll scan it.

Actual rating: 4 1/2 stars I love this location! There is another location much closer to where I live but I prefer this one. I thought my home store had a wide selection of yarn but I was blown away by the choices at this one! My home store has two full aisles and this one has three plus some on the back wall. Usually their stock is up to date and I have no problem finding what I need. However, Ive had a harder time lately. Their bins need to be restocked. While a little bit annoying, I can sometimes find it all the way up on the top of the shelving unit. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help.

This place is good when the sales are on and the coupons are not expired. When not on sale and no coupons its better to shop around. The selection is pretty good and the quality is good here. The service is really great and everyone helpful

Huge fabric and craft store with more items than you can imagine. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 stars, but it seems every time I go there, there are never enough cashiers to accommodate the line.
