RUDE. I will never shop at a hobby lobby ever again, ever. I was buying items for a solar system project and a woman yelled at my son. He picked up a decorative orange umbrella to look at it. Her name was Maria and she is very rude. She yelled at him to put the item down. I will never go there ever again. I had no idea children could not touch anything at this store. What a rude person. I can not believe it. It would be different if my child was being bad, loud or destructive. He had not touched anything. Wow, incredible!

Had to return an item, and lady was very rude. She said we couldnt return it because it was marked in the wrong department on the receipt, and even thought it was the only thing marked on the receipt with that price she still couldnt return it. We had more shopping to do, and asked for item back considering she wasnt going to return it. She then said she couldnt give it back to us even though it was still ours. We talked to another employee and she was completely nice. I would suggest not dealing with the employee Enza.

I had to return some I bought I had 3receipts the cashier had to call the manager over he did not say one word to me ,when we were done I only had about half of the money that I had spent and she said she did all the returns I had to argue with her she was in such a rush looking at the receipts telling me to relax and I still did not receive all my money. I will never shop at the Schaumburg hobby lobby again it was ridiculous what I had to go through to return something . That cashier should not be in customer service

I just had a terrible experience at this store! I would never go back again. As a matter of fact once I cool down Im takin everything I bought back. The cashier/manager was the rude and disrespectful. I think I will go to Michaels to for now where the staff is pleasant and helpful. Clearly they found their staff at the bottom of the barrel!

I just called this store to ask a question about exchanging an item without a receipt, my grandson received an animated Mother Goose that stopped working after a week and I was told without a receipt they wouldnt exchange it, I have never heard of that before, I have shopped Hobby Lobby forever but not anymore, especially this location.
