This place is black hole for the crafty at heart...and I mean, you can get lost and spend ages in here! You start looking at one thing, then another, and before you know it, youve been there for nearly an hour and you still havent even found the item you actually came for! This specific location isnt my favorite of the local Michaels, but its the closest, so its where I go most often.

This is a great store were you can find almost everything for your projects. But they need personal in the floor, to help with questions and to find items. During my visit I had to go from the back of the store to the cashiers all the way in front twice asking questions and I left the store missing one specific item, because no one was available to help me look for it.

A Private User

Hours on page our wrong. They are only open until 7 on Sundays. When I Drove out there the doors were locked and employees were standing there ignoring me and another customer. They dont even have the hours posted on the door. I thought being ignored was pretty rude as well.

Even though they were closing pawel and the woman (didnt catch her name) from the framing department didnt turn us away or rush us in any way. They wanted us to find the perfect frames and mats for our paintings. Outstanding customer service and so thankful for their help!

Pleasant and helpful staff. If youre a crafter, come on weekdays to beat the crowds and get to the inventory before it gets picked over too much. Not a lot of clearance items here for long
