Ive shopped at this store for over 10 years and have always been happy with the prices and quality of merchandise. However, in the past 12 months the quality of merchandise has dropped (Ive returned on several occasions with damaged goods to return), the checkout ladies (and I do mean plural) and the store manager are rather rude for either a purchase or a return, and generally what was a pleasant experience is now unpleasant. Do yourself a favor and shop JoAnn Fabrics a block away, youll be happier.

I recently went decoration shopping for my wedding here and they had everything I needed at great prices and they had great sales! We ended up asking a lady for help, her name was Rupal and we told her what we were shopping for and what we needed. She helped us out so much. She was amazing to work with. I was so pleased by her costumer service. I will definitely be coming back here. Best place ever! I thank you for your help and great costumer service Rupal!

Employees are helpful, selection is good, prices are good. As a guy I wish there were some "do this for me" booths were I could just pay them to do a project as I suck at crafts and just wanted some basic things done. But cant complain. minus 1 star because sometimes its hard to find an employee or decipher which product goes with which price in the cramped shelves.

We have been there several times & the service great. Wait for the sales. We bought picture frames on sale & it was worth waiting for. The signage in the store was excellent. However, they did not have what we were looking for this last time. I would recommend that they have somewhere for the non-shoppers to sit.

Cashiers are terrible. We had 2 coupons and it caused such a big issue... And then the manager came up and said we cant use them because since the system isnt recognizing it we can use it.. How about you do right by your customers and do an override and process the coupons..
