The items and supplies Michaels sell are excellent. They have a large variety of arts and crafts products youll be hard hit to find in most general stores around the area. The one issue I have that is a great improvement opportunity for them, is their ability to assist customers who call for information. This is especially true for the Joliet store. I have family and friends including myself who have tried to call, but get hung up on. It seems intentional too, because you can tell someone picked up the phone on their end, and then hang up shortly after. Perhaps its a training issue or something else entirely, but you would assume it would increase their overall customer scoring if it were reviewed and addressed.

This Michaels isnt the largest, but the staff are very friendly and helpful in finding you what youre looking for. Sign up online to get coupons so you can save $$.
