I had a piece of artwork that I needed to be framed. I dropped it off. The girl told me it would take 2 WEEKS to receive it back. When I called before I came she said it would take an hour. I dont like that I was mislead from the information on the phone and then went in and was told a completely different thing. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Store looked good and I was able to find everything I need but the staff was awful. It was still 15 minutes to closing and they turned off the music and shut off half the lights. Then while I was checking out two of the employees were complaining to each other about how they would have stay late.

I called for kids club classes information. The lady on the phone was rude and literally screaming that they dont have any classes. Well, either their website is incorrect or their staff is rude.
