Once upon a time, I would have said that this location was outstanding. I had actually never had an instance where I needed an employee to handle anything related to my transaction other than ringing up my merchandise, bagging it and wishing me a good day. Today, was an exception. I needed assistance three times. Once was by an extremely helpful, kind and generous with her time and recommendations, employee while all others were exceptionally rude. The only thing they did for me was guarantee I will never, ever, ever frequent that store again. And I frequented it often from arts and crafts, to flowers and vases, to paintings. You name it, Ive bought it from that location. NOT AGAIN. I was treated like my money meant nothing to their establishment. Like my patronage was not of importance. As if I was not the customer but a disruption in their day. As they were "working" hard for their money, so do I and I like to spend it where I am treated with respect and can walk out with my dignity intact.

Ive been shopping at this Hobby Lobby for my crafting needs for the past few months, since we moved to the area. Ive always had pleasant experiences. The store is well organized and easy to find what youre looking for. Anytime Ive needed to ask questions or help locating something, a staff member has always been very kind and helpful. I also love the Hobby Lobby app, and use my 40% off a regularly priced item, even though it may only save me a few cents. Just about everything in the store goes on sale at some point during a month time frame if youre in need of a large quantity of something for a project. I will definitely continue to shop at this location.

I can always find something when I walk into Hobby Lobby. I enjoy that each day of the week they have different products on sale and also offer a coupon for when your product is not on sale. Staff isnt always around to help you if you need it but once you find someone they are very knowledgable and can help you find whatever you are looking for.

Today I went to that store to look at the jewelry items and I could Not see almost nothing it were some employees organizing the merchandise and they dont even move to let me look for what I was looking for also they had boxesin the midle of the hallway. Never heard of Hobby Lobby until I started to work in Aurora. OMG....Im in love. They have a great selection and great prices. I love all the Xmas ornaments. Knocked one star down because of the whole contraceptive thing....still a good store though

The only downside to this place is that I shop here too much... Well, that and they dont open enough registers all the time. For anyone who shops here, there is always a 40% of coupon for one regularly priced item on their website and mobile app.

Over priced in order to put things on "sale" but other than that, they have a little bit of everything. Dont buy full price! Be sure to check our their website for a 40% off coupon, especially for those bigger ticket items.
